Actualmente vivimos en un mundo muy digitalizado, dependiente de la tecnología, que incluso se sigue modernizando con el paso de los días. De esta manera, las criptomonedas han entrado al mundo tecnológico y financiero como una solución a muchos problemas que el dinero tradicional ha tenido durante los últimos años. De este modo, la inclusión de las criptomonedas en esta nueva realidad modernizada no hace sino traer más interrogantes sobre sus posibles usos y cuáles son las ventajas y desventajas que su implementación pueda traer. Como es evidente, todos sus posibles usos se encuentran inmersos en conflictos legales que la normativa ecuatoriana no ha sabido solventar todavía. En este trabajo investigado buscamos responder una de estas disyuntivas respecto a su uso. Si bien queda muy claro cuáles usos no están disponibles, la implementación de las criptomonedas como un aporte de capital de una sociedad bajo la figura de un bien mueble no queda claro dentro los diferentes cuerpos puesto que existe un claro vacío legal que rodea la figura de las criptomonedas.
We currently live in a highly digitalized world, dependent on technology, which continues to modernize with each passing day. In this way, cryptocurrencies have entered the technological and financial world as a solution to many problems that traditional money has had during the last years. Thus, the inclusion of cryptocurrencies in this new modernized reality only brings more questions about their possible uses, what are the advantages and disadvantages that their implementation may bring. As is evident, all their possible uses are immersed in legal conflicts that Ecuadorian regulations have not yet been able to solve. In this research we seek to answer one of these dilemmas regarding its use. While it is very clear which uses are not available, the implementation of cryptocurrencies as a capital contribution of a company under the figure of a movable asset is not clear within the different bodies since there is a clear legal vacuum surrounding the figure of cryptocurrencies.
