El trabajo de titulación del “Manejo del ecosistema del bosque nativo la Carbobería de la provincia del Cañar dentro del Código Orgánico Ambiental”. El objetivo es el conocimiento legal de este código que se convertirá como el medio jurídico que coadyuve al manejo administrativo del ecosistema natural del bosque, con el propósito del serle útil a los residentes de la zona y las autoridades administrativas de las comunidades de la provincia del Cañar, para que de esta manera se incluyan, y se correlacionen entre sí por el interés común de ambas partes, como es del manejo administrativo del ecosistema natural del bosque, por lo tanto se requiere aplicar el planteamiento de una propuesta considerando que mediante la misma se logrará el evitar un incorrecto manejo del bosque, permitiéndole el preservar y el proteger al patrimonio natural del Ecuador ubicado en esta provincia, tal como la Constitución de la República reconoce a la madre naturaleza como un sujeto de derechos.
The work of titling the "Management of the ecosystem of the native forest Carbobería of the province of Cañar within the Environmental Organic Code". The objective is the legal knowledge of this code that will become the legal means that contributes to the administrative management of the natural ecosystem of the forest, with the purpose of being useful to the residents of the area and the administrative authorities of the communities of the province of Cañar, so that in this way they are included, and correlated with each other for the common interest of both parties, such as the administrative management of the natural ecosystem of the forest, therefore it is necessary to apply the approach of a proposal considering that through the same It will be possible to avoid an incorrect management of the forest, allowing it to preserve and protect the natural heritage of Ecuador located in this province, just as the Constitution of the Republic recognizes mother nature as a subject of rights.
