Propuesta de auto-sostenibilidad para un modelo de gestión de la Federación Deportiva Nacional del Ecuador.

El presente trabajo académico persigue alcanzar una nueva forma de financiamiento para la Federación Deportiva Nacional del Ecuador FEDENADOR, a través de la generación de recursos privados por medio de la autogestión institucional, acorde a las atribuciones que le otorga la Ley del Deporte, Educación Física y Recreación y sus estatutos. Se realizará un análisis de la situación actual de la institución y mediante una investigación descriptiva determinar el perfil de los consumidores para la obtención de recursos monetarios de autogestión, esta iniciativa nace al ser FEDENADOR un organismo deportivo de derecho privado con finalidad social y pública, financiado por el Gobierno Central a través del Ministerio del Deporte, pero este financiamiento ha disminuido desde el año 2015 debido a los recortes del Presupuesto General del Estado. Al finalizar lo propuesto en el presente trabajo académico se determinó la viabilidad del proyecto, al ser rentable para el inversionista privado y sostenible para la Federación deportiva Nacional del Ecuador, lo cual se refleja en una mayor gestión institucional al no depender en materia financiera del Ministerio del Deporte y Gobierno Central.
This academic work seeks to achieve a new form of financing for the National Sports Federation of Ecuador FEDENADOR, through the generation of private resources through institutional self-management, according to the powers granted by the Sports, Physical Education and Sports Law. Recreation and its statutes. An analysis of the current situation of the institution and through an exploratory investigation determine the profile of consumers to obtain monetary resources of selfmanagement, this initiative is born as FEDENADOR a sports body under private law with social and public purpose, financed By the Central Government through the Ministry of Sport, but this financing has declined since 2015 due to cuts in the General State Budget. At the end of what is proposed in this academic paper, the viability of the project is determined, as it is profitable for the private and sustainable investor for the National Sports Federation of Ecuador, which is reflected in a greater institutional management since it does not depend on financial matters of the Ministry Of Sport and Central Government.
