Prototipo de vivienda de interés social (VIS) para Guayaquil.

Description: El proyecto de esta ubicado en la Av. Francisco de Orellana. Es una urbanización que cuenta con un total de 223 viviendas. Donde se emplea este nuevo prototipo de vivienda social, para responder al problema de vivienda por el cual esta atravesando Guayaquil, donde el usuario no puede acceder a la oferta que actualmente se esta ofreciendo. El proyecto analiza los modos de habitar del usuario y se propone esta nueva vivienda que es más accesible y cumple con las necesidades del mismo, debido a un nuevo sistema constructivo que permite llegar a una mejor calidad, con un menor costo de producción. De esta manera se agrupa las viviendas formando una agrupación que gira en a un área verde. Mejorando la relación que tenemos actualmente con las viviendas con el área verde.
The project is located on Av. Francisco de Orellana. It is an urbanization that has a total of 223 homes. Where this new prototype of social housing is used, to respond to the housing problem that is crossing Guayaquil, where the user can not access the offer that is currently being offered. The project analyzes the user’s ways of living and proposes this new home that is more accessible and meets the needs of the same, due to a new constructive system that allows to reach a better quality, with a lower cost of production. In this way the houses are grouped forming a group that rotates in a green area. Improving the relationship we currently have with housing with the green area.
