El presente documento contiene la propuesta arquitectónica de un Centro de Acogida para Jubilados en la ciudad de Machala. La necesidad de la creación de este Centro nace a partir del alto número de jubilados que busca un espacio propio donde poder sentirse seguros y hacer sus actividades . Se tiene como objetivo dotar de espacios que promuevan las actividades de ocio y ayuden a mejorar la calidad de vida de los jubilados tomando en cuenta sus necesidades y los cambios que se dan por el envejecimiento envejecimiento El proyecto aprovecha el emplazamiento y la vegetación existente, Se da mayor importancia al espacio exterior, los puntos de reunión y la participación social. El proyecto desea dotar de espacios que se integren entre si y se vayan adaptando segun el uso que deseen darle el usuario. La distribución de los bloques a lo largo del lote permite que existan patios entre ellos que potencian la relación interior-exterior.
This document contains the architectural proposal for a Reception Centre for Pensioners in the city of Machala. The need for the creation of this Center arises from the high number of retirees who are looking for their own space where they can feel safe and do their activities. It aims to provide spaces that promote leisure activities and help improve the quality of life of retirees taking into account their needs and the changes that occur due to aging. The project takes advantage of the existing site and vegetation, It gives greater importance to outdoor space, meeting points and social participation. The project wants to provide spaces that integrate among themselves and are adapted according to the use they want to give the user. The distribution of the blocks along the lot allows there to be courtyards between them that enhance the interior-exterior relationship.
