El SysMan es un sistema de información desarrollado para manejar información sobre las tareas preventivas y correctivas de la embarcación Galápagos Legend de la Provincia de Galápagos, la cual se dedica a ofertar servicios turísticos hacia las diferentes islas, cuenta con 55 cabinas, puede alojar a 100 personas, por lo cual el mantenimiento de máquinas, equipos e infraestructura debe ser primordial para brindar un óptimo y eficiente servicio. La clave para manejar gran cantidad de información fue la automatización de sus procesos, donde realizar pedidos o solicitudes de equipos y materiales e incluso mano de obra es imprescindible para realizar los trabajos de mantenimiento en el menor tiempo posible. El diagnóstico del SysMan tiene como objetivo evaluar las características físicas (interfaz gráfica) y el tiempo de respuesta al ingresar la información sobre algún tipo de mantenimiento para evaluar si el sistema cumple satisfactoriamente los requerimientos de los propietarios y personal que lo maneja diariamente.
The SysMan is an information system developed to manage information on the preventive and corrective tasks of the Galapagos Legend vessel of the Province of Galapagos. Legend is a boat dedicated to offering tourist services to the different islands, it has 55 cabins, it can accommodate 100 people, the maintenance of machines, equipment, infrastructure must be essential to provide an optimal and efficient service. The key to handling a large amount of information was the automation of its processes, where ordering or requesting equipment and materials and even labor is essential to carry out maintenance work in the shortest possible time. The objective of the SysMan diagnosis is to evaluate the physical characteristics (graphical interface) and the response time when entering the information about some type of maintenance to evaluate if the system satisfactorily meets the requirements of the owners and personnel who manage it daily.
