El presente trabajo de investigación desarrolló un análisis del comportamiento de adolescentes en el entorno escolar virtual, que fue implementado debido a la pandemia. Por tanto, tiene como objetivo analizar el comportamiento de los adolescentes entre 14 y 17 años y su relación con el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la modalidad virtual. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa en la que se consideró los métodos bibliográfico, inductivo y analítico. Además, el tipo de investigación que se utilizó fue descriptiva, ya que se pretende describir las respuestas de los adolescentes frente a la educación virtual, para dar cuenta de las problemáticas que se presentan y de intervenciones que podrían implementarse. Es una investigación de tipo cualitativa, porque buscó entender los fenómenos que se presentan en la educación virtual. Los resultados que se encontraron fueron diversos, pero con un denominador común, la mayoría de los participantes no sienten que realmente están aprendiendo, puesto que hay clases repetitivas, docentes que avanzan muy rápido con la materia sin dar cuenta a las preguntas que presenten los adolescentes, a esto se le anexa el hecho que muchos se sinceraron respecto a las trampas que realizan para participación estudiantil y exámenes.
The present research work developed an analysis of the behavior of adolescents in the virtual school environment, which was implemented due to the pandemic. Therefore, it aims to analyze the behavior of adolescents between 14 and 17 years old and their relationship with the teaching and learning process in virtual mode. A qualitative methodology was used in which bibliographic, inductive and analytical methods were considered. In addition, the type of research used was descriptive, since it is intended to describe the responses of adolescents to virtual education, to account for the problems that arise and interventions that could be implemented. It is a qualitative research, because it sought to understand the phenomena that occur in virtual education. The results that were found were diverse, but with a common denominator, most of the participants do not feel that they are really learning, since there are repetitive classes, teachers who advance very quickly with the subject without accounting for the questions that the adolescents present Added to this is the fact that many opened up about the cheating they perform for student participation and exams.
