El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo el diseñar un modelo de negocio inclusivo dirigido para personas privadas de la libertad a través del cual se garantice su derecho al trabajo y a la rehabilitación social favorable teniéndose en cuenta que dicho derecho se les atribuye en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador pero, aunque reciben los conocimientos para desempeñarse en una actividad, su puesta en práctica para la obtención de ingresos mientras cumplen su pena se ve limitada, no percibiendo remuneraciones estables ni pudiendo comercializar sus produces en forma eficaz. En base a lo expuesto surge la importancia del modelo de negocio recopilándose información de campo que permita conocer la situación de las PPL en relación al eje laboral, productos de mayor potencial para su comercialización, el respaldo a la propuesta y otros aspectos que lograron conocerse mediante una metodología descriptiva, recurriendo a información documental y de campo a través de entrevistas. Los resultados arrojaron que el mercado presenta condiciones favorables para la comercialización de atarrayas, siendo un tipo de red de pesca fabricada por los PPL y partir de la cual se diseña el modelo de negocio, describiéndose cómo realizaría su actividad, forma de constitución, recursos necesarios y demás puntos donde también se refleja su viabilidad económica. El proyecto también incluyó un modelo de reinserción laboral y liderazgo a través del cual se evaluará el desempeño y evolución de las PPL participantes del emprendimiento, además del impacto en su entorno familiar, evidenciando con ello necesidades que deban ser resueltas.
The objective of this study was to design an inclusive business model aimed at people deprived of liberty through which their right to work and favorable social rehabilitation is guaranteed, taking into account that said right is attributed to them in the Constitution of the Republic Ecuador, but although they receive the knowledge to perform an activity, their practice to obtain income while serving their sentence is limited, not receiving stable remuneration or being able to market their products effectively. Based on the above, the importance of the business model arises, gathering field information that allows knowing the situation of the PPLs in relation to the labor axis, products with the greatest potential for marketing, support for the proposal and other aspects that were known through a descriptive methodology, using documentary and field information through interviews. The results showed that the market presents favorable conditions for the commercialization of cast nets, being a type of fishing net manufactured by the PPLs and from which the business model is designed, describing how it would carry out its activity, form of constitution, necessary resources and other points where its economic viability is also reflected. The project also included a reintegration and leadership model through which the performance and evolution of the PPL participating in the venture will be evaluated, in addition to the impact on their family environment, thereby evidencing needs that must be resolved.
