Actualmente la tecnología avanza aceleradamente, cambiando su estructura y presentando nuevas alternativas de servicios, lo que implica un cambio constante de infraestructura, representando un gasto operacional en hardware, software, gestión, capacitación constante al personal de TI, y otros gastos adicionales. En este ámbito la organización invierte mucho tiempo, recursos y esfuerzo en el área de TI, cuando podría ocupar estos en el desarrollo de su actividad, siendo la parte de TI una herramienta más que le ayudará a lograr los objetivos propuestos. Se puede contratar estos servicios a empresas especializadas que dominan el área, logrando estar al día con las mejores propuestas, despreocupándose de esa carga operativa. Este trabajo de investigación se basa en un estudio de migración para la implementación de un Data Center que ofrezca servicios del modelo Cloud Computing bajo normas de seguridad de la información, en una sola infraestructura, con un portafolio de servicios establecidos, que permita compartir recursos, siendo esto una ventaja de cara a los costos de implementación de una infraestructura propia. Cloud computing permite consumir servicios de TI y aplicaciones de manera flexible. Algunas instituciones han implementado esta solución según sus necesidades y requerimientos y pueden tener la información en su centro de datos y acceder desde afuera por medio de una nube pública. Entre los servicios de Cloud Computing están IaaS (Infraestructura como servicio) y SaaS (Software como servicio).
Today, technology is advancing rapidly, changing its structure and introducing new service alternatives, which imply a constant change of infrastructure, representing an operational expense in hardware, software, management, constant training for IT staff, and other additional expenses. In this area, the organization invests a lot of time, resources and effort in the area of IT, when it could occupy these in the development of its activity, being part of IT an additional tool that will help to achieve the proposed objectives. These services can be contracted to specialized companies that dominate the area, managing to be up to date with the best proposals, regardless of the operational load. This research work is based on a migration study for the implementation of a Data Center that offers services of the Cloud Computing model under information security standards, in a single infrastructure, with a portfolio of established services that allows sharing of resources, this being an advantage in the face of the costs of implementing an own infrastructure. Cloud computing allows you to consume IT services and applications in a flexible way. Some institutions have implemented this solution according to their needs and requirements and can have the information in their data center and access from the outside through a public cloud. Cloud Computing services include IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and SaaS (Software as a Service).
