El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como propósito determinar la factibilidad para la exportación de sombreros de Paja Toquilla a los Emiratos Árabes UnidosDubái. Bajo la premisa de cumplir con el propósito de este proyecto se decide elaborar cinco capítulos en los cuales se analizan aspectos generales, marco conceptual, referencial y metodológico, factibilidad de mercado, factibilidad del estudio organizacional y técnico y factibilidad del estudio financiero. La metodología empleada para este trabajo tuvo un enfoque mixto, es decir cualitativo y cuantitativo lo cual se aplicó para investigar y analizar datos estadísticos, entrevistas exhaustivas y revisión de archivos oficiales. Por otra parte, la información era escasa y se aplicó un alcance exploratorio para de ésta manera conocer las posibilidades de inmersión de los sombreros de Paja Toquilla en Emiratos Árabes Unidos-Dubái. Por el límite de tiempo establecido no se pudo poner en marcha el presente proyecto por lo cual se denominó un diseño no experimental. Se concluye que el proyecto es factible porque en el ámbito cultural el mercado no tiene ninguna costumbre que prohíba el uso de sombreros de paja toquilla, existe poder adquisitivo para comprar el bien, el proveedor cuenta con capacidad de producción para satisfacer la demanda y en lo que a factibilidad financiera se refiere el retorno cumple con la expectativa.
The purpose of this Project is to determine the feasibility of exporting Toquilla Straw Hats to the United Arab Emirates- Dubái. Under this premise of achieve the purpose of this project, it is decided to elaborate five chapters in which it is analyzed the general aspect, conceptual, referential and methodological framework, market feasibility, feasibility of the organizational and technical study and feasibility of the financial study. The methodology used in this work had a mixed approach, it means, qualitative and quantitative was applied to investigate and analyze statistical data, exhaustive interviews and review of official files. On the other hand, as this topic is not a priority in terms of acceptance level in the Emirati market, the information wasn’t available so it was applied an exploratory scope in order to know the possibilities to introduce the toquilla straw hats in this market. Due to the limit time established, the present project could not be implemented so that’s why it was determined as a nonexperimental design. The reliability and validity of this study is based on the instruments used through the investigation and linked with a good contact as the commercial director of PROECUADOR in Dubái that helped with the information needed based on the descriptive- analytical methodology to conclude the project and confirm that it is feasible.
