Algunas consideraciones sobre la labor del pedagogo de apoyo a la inclusión escolar ante el malestar institucional en el sector Pascuales-Monte Sinaí durante el 2020 al 2021.

Este trabajo se enfoca en el sector geográfico de Pascuales-Monte Sinaí, adscrito al DISTRITO 09D08 PACUALES-MONTE SINAÍ de Educación de la zona 8, de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Se considera aspectos generales que podrían incidir en las posibilidades de aprender por parte de estudiantes con necesidad educativa especial del sector. Esto implica reflexionar sobre aspectos asociados al malestar, al síntoma y al vínculo, conceptos correspondientes al psicoanálisis y a la educación. El trabajo fue realizado desde un enfoque cualitativo, no experimental, sino concebido desde lo analítico, enfocándose en casos de estudiantes quienes han presentado dificultades para adaptarse al proceso de aprendizaje, esto en un contexto de educación bajo términos de la emergencia sanitaria por el SARS COV2. Por lo tanto, aborda los casos de manera individual tanto de estudiantes con nee y con docentes quienes presentan también dificultades para asimilar los procesos burocráticos que muchas veces podrían dificultar las posibilidades de aprender o de enseñar. Los estudiantes y docentes que han participado de este proceso han referido sobre las problemáticas para poder sostenerse en una sociedad disciplinaria, tecnológica y capitalista; que exige datos estadísticos, numéricos, procesos burocráticos, etc. que no dan paso al deseo, en donde estudiante y docente puedan desde lo subjetivo considerar aspectos y condiciones para una mejor enseñanza descentralizada.
This work focuses on the geographical sector of Pascuales-Monte Sinaí, attached to district 09D08 PACUALES-MONTE SINAÍ of Education of zone 8, of the city of Guayaquil. It considers general aspects that could affect the possibilities of learning by students with special educational need in the sector. This implies reflecting on aspects associated with discomfort, symptom and bond, concepts corresponding to psychoanalysis and education. The work was carried out from a qualitative approach, not experimental, but conceived from the analytical, focusing on cases of students who have presented difficulties to adapt to the learning process, this in a context of education under terms of the health emergency due to SARS COV2. Therefore, it addresses the cases individually of both students with nee and with teachers who also have difficulties in assimilating the bureaucratic processes that could often hinder the possibilities of learning or teaching. The students and teachers who have participated in this process have referred to the problems to be able to sustain themselves in a disciplinary, technological and capitalist society; that requires statistical data, numerical, bureaucratic processes, etc. that do not give way to desire, where students and teachers can subjectively consider aspects and conditions for better decentralized teaching.
