Al hablar de gestión administrativa es importante resaltar que se trata de la forma en que se administran los recursos para conseguir los objetivos de la organización. La gestión se realiza a partir de cuatro funciones específicas; la planeación, la organización, la dirección y el control. Por lo tanto se encarga de ejecutar todas las órdenes que son planificadas por la administración de las empresas, las cuales se encuentran enfocadas en la obtención de algún tipo de beneficio, y además donde la estructura de la organización se considera como recursos activos, con los cuales se espera cumplir los objetivos. El objetivo del presente trabajo es el de: Analizar la gestión administrativa de los recursos económicos para determinar su incidencia en la sostenibilidad de las pymes comerciales de la ciudad de Machala. La metodología aplicada es de tipo cuantitativo y cualitativo debido a que se llevará cabo la recolección de datos, pretendiendo la explicación de una realidad social vista desde una perspectiva externa y objetiva y porque se estudia la realidad en su contexto natural y cómo sucede, sacando e interpretando fenómenos de acuerdo con las personas implicadas. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que entre los grandes problemas a los que se ven continuamente enfrentadas las pymes son: la falta de liderazgo y falta de asesoría, lo que ha llevado a que se generen situaciones de desconfianza, evitando de esta manera la aparición de lazos asociativos, que podrían contribuir a su permanencia y desarrollo en el mercado.
When talking about administrative management, it is important to emphasize that this is the way in which resources are managed to achieve the organization's objectives. The management is carried out from four specific functions; the planning, the organization, the direction and the control. Therefore, it is responsible for executing all the orders that are planned by the management of the companies, which are focused on obtaining some kind of benefit, and also where the structure of the organization is considered as active resources, with which is expected to meet the objectives. The objective of this paper is to: Analyze the administrative management of economic resources to determine their impact on the sustainability of commercial SMEs in the city of Machala. The applied methodology is of quantitative and qualitative type because the data collection will be carried out, pretending the explanation of a social reality seen from an external and objective perspective and because reality is studied in its natural context and how it happens, taking interpreting phenomena according to the people involved. The results obtained show that among the big problems facing SMEs are: the lack of leadership and lack of advice, which has led to situations of distrust, thus preventing the emergence of associative ties, which could contribute to its permanence and development in the market.
