El presente trabajo analiza el complejo proceso que han pasado los habitantes del plan habitacional Socio Vivienda 2 en la ciudad de Guayaquil, que tiene sumido a dicho territorio en distintos tipos de violencia, atentando contra su derecho a una vivienda digna. El producto final de esta investigación es un reportaje audiovisual dividido en tres capítulos. El primer capítulo estudia los casos de desalojos forzosos que sufrieron quienes fueron removidos enel contexto del proyecto Guayaquil Ecológico; el segundo capítulo, la medida del copago exigido por el Gobierno Nacional y que los moradores rechazan; y el tercer capítulo se centra en la violencia que ha caracterizado al sector, en medio dela disputa de dos bandas por el control del territorio.
The present work analyzes the complex process that the inhabitants of the Socio Vivienda 2 housing plan in Guayaquil have gone through, which has this territory overtaken by different kinds of violence, attempting against their right for adequate housing. The final product of this research is an audiovisual report divided into three chapters. The first chapter studies the cases of forced evictions suffered by those who were removed in the context of the Guayaquil Ecológico project; the second chapter studies the copay required by the National Government and that the residents reject to pay; and the third chapter focuses on the violence that has characterized the sector, in the midst of the dispute between two gangs for control of the territory.
