La enfermedad en el cuerpo-objeto de la pobreza : sobre la invisibilización del sufrimiento subjetivo a partir del discurso médico-científico de la posmodernidad.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la manera en la que el discurso médico-científico de la posmodernidad invisibiliza el sufrimiento subjetivo provocado por la enfermedad y los efectos que esto tiene en el cuerpo del sujeto que vive en la pobreza. Para ello se utiliza una extensa revisión bibliográfica desde la teoría psicoanalítica, así como desde la filosofía y, en menor medida, las ciencias sociales Posteriormente, se procede a realizar una serie de cinco entrevistas al personal médico y a madre de pacientes de un hospital público de la ciudad para contextualizar el tema y, posteriormente, se procede a un análisis clínico que permite mostrar a cabalidad la problemática. Como resultado se concluye que el cuerpo del sujeto que vive en pobreza se ve determinantemente afectado por el trato inhumano que se le da, a causa de la ausencia de un simbólico que le otorgue un lugar en la sociedad, lo cual se ve exacerbado por el imperativo de goce de la posmodernidad, y la deshumanización de una medicina que se ha convertido en pura técnica.
This paper aims to analyze the way in which the medical-scientific discourse of postmodernity makes the subjective suffering caused by disease invisible and the effects that this has on the body of the subject living in poverty. To do this, an extensive bibliographic review is used from psychoanalytic theory, as well as from philosophy and, to a lesser extent, the social sciences. Subsequently, a series of five interviews are carried out with medical personnel and mothers of patients in a public hospital in the city to contextualize the subject and, subsequently, a clinical analysis is carried out that allows the problem to be fully shown. As a result, it is concluded that the body of the subject living in poverty is decisively affected by the inhuman treatment given to it, due to the absence of a symbol that grants it a place in society, which is exacerbated. By the imperative of enjoyment of postmodernity, and the dehumanization of a medicine that has become pure technique.
