En el presente trabajo se pretende dar una vivienda digna para personas de bajos ingresos, en el cual se plantean una serie de estrategias y sistemas que puedan complementar espacios agradables que brindar, así se llega a plantear un crecimiento por etapas acomodando espacios de acuerdo con la economía y donde dichos espacios pueden cambiar de función de acuerdo con las necesidades que requieran sus habitantes, se plantea un conjunto residencial en altura, un sistema combinado de estructura metálica y paredes con sistema CLT (madera contralaminada cruzada), además de una losa colaborante que permite que todos estos elementos juntos puedan brindar seguridad sismorresistentes a los habitantes del complejo, además de huertos, área sociales, espacios de cultivos que puedan mantener el complejo, en perfectas condiciones creando espacios agradables, confortables y dignos en cuanto a áreas comunes, con la finalidad que resalte el complejo residencial logrando un espacio de vivienda digno en personas de bajos recursos.
In this work it is intended to provide a decent home for low-income people, in which a series of strategies and systems are proposed that can complement pleasant spaces to provide, thus it is possible to propose a growth in stages, accommodating spaces according to with the economy and where these spaces can change their function according to the needs that their inhabitants require, a residential complex in height is proposed, a combined system of metal structure and walls with CLT system (cross laminated wood), in addition to a slab collaborator that allows all these elements together to provide earthquake-resistant security to the inhabitants of the complex, as well as orchards, social areas, cultivation spaces that can keep the complex in perfect condition creating pleasant, comfortable and dignified spaces in terms of common areas, with the purpose of highlighting the residential complex achieving a living space of dignified in low-income people.
