Actualmente con la implementación de la Doctrina de la Protección Integral, ha cambiado mucho la mentalidad del Estado, por tanto procura que se promueva la reintegración del adolescente adecuadamente a la sociedad mediante la instauración de una justicia restaurativa enmarcada en la dignidad equidad y libertad; y aunque en este proceso participan diferentes entidades y organizaciones particulares cumpliendo con el mandato plasmado en el art. 35 de la Constitución que habla de la atención prioritaria y especializada tanto en el ámbito privado como público de ciertos sectores de nuestra sociedad siendo que el art 44 ibídem indica que se promoverá la atención integral y el ejercicio pleno de sus derechos, aún hay mucho camino para recorrer en cuanto a la justicia restaurativa que se requiere en el país. Para tal efecto me centraré en el porcentaje que tiene la posibilidad de reintegrarse a la sociedad, mediante el apoyo integral que pueden brindarle los diferentes sectores estatales y privados.
Currently, with the implementation of the Comprehensive Protection Doctrine, the mentality of the State has changed a lot, therefore it seeks to promote the reintegration of the adolescent properly into society through the establishment of a restorative justice framed in dignity, equity and freedom; and although in this process different entities and particular organizations participate fulfilling the mandate embodied in art. 35 of the Constitution that speaks of priority and specialized attention both in the private and public spheres of certain sectors of our society, being that article 44 ibid indicates that comprehensive care and the full exercise of their rights will be promoted, there is still a long way to tour about the restorative justice that is required in the country. For this purpose I will focus on the percentage that has the possibility of reintegrating into society, through the comprehensive support that different state and private sectors can provide.
