Aproximaciones psicoanalíticas al abuso sexual en la infancia : posibilidades de intervención y límites dentro de las instituciones educativas en Ecuador.

El abuso sexual contra niños, niñas y adolescentes es una lamentable realidad que puede acontecer en los espacios intrafamiliares e institucionales como escuelas y colegios. En Ecuador, a través de los Departamentos de Consejería Estudiantil (Dece), se busca prevenir e intervenir cuando alguna situación de abuso sexual ha sido cometida o detectada. Existen normativas del Ministerio de Educación basadas en las leyes de protección a los niños, niñas y adolescentes, que deben ser consideradas en la actuación de los profesionales del Dece. Para abordar la temática se propone conocer, en primer lugar, las consideraciones generales sobre la sexualidad humana desde el psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana incluyendo las definiciones de perversión. Al mismo tiempo se realiza una lectura de la pedofilia y la categoría del abuso sexual que han sido definidas por diversas fuentes tales como la psiquiatría, la sociología, el área jurídica. En segundo lugar, se considera importante conocer la intervención que se contempla desde el psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana frente a una situación de violencia sexual que puede atravesar un sujeto niño, niña o adolescente. Finalmente se revisan los límites que tienen los profesionales del Dece en su seguimiento estudiantil y las posibilidades de intervención que podrían desprenderse.
Sexual abuse against children and adolescents is an unfortunate reality that can occur in intra-family and institutional spaces such as schools and colleges. In Ecuador, through the Student Counseling Departments (Dece), it seeks to prevent and intervene when any situation of sexual abuse has been committed or detected. There are regulations of the Ministry of Education based on the laws for the protection of children and adolescents, which must be considered in the actions of professionals of DECE. In order to approach the subject, it is proposed to know, in the first place, the general considerations on human sexuality from the psychoanalysis of lacanian orientation, including the definitions of perversion. At the same time there is a reading of pedophilia and the category of sexual abuse that have been defined by various sources such as psychiatry, sociology, legal area. Secondly, it is considered important to know the intervention that is contemplated from the psychoanalysis of lacanian orientation in the face of a situation of sexual violence that children or adolescents can go through. Finally, it is considered the limits of the professionals of DECE in their labor and the possibilities of intervention that could emerge.
