Se realiza una investigación de la Propuesta de negocio para la creación de un hostal ecológico con materia prima en base a contenedores marítimos, en Villamil Playas (Engabao) para determinar la factibilidad. La misma que busca suplir la demanda de viajeros, excursionistas y exploradores con conciencia ambiental con necesidad de estancia corta con una nueva oferta sustentable alineada tanto a los intereses de los clientes como de los accionistas. Para ello, se realiza una investigación en diferentes ámbitos: legal, mercado, estratégico y financiero. Ámbitos delimitantes y fundamentales de la operación lícita y la entrega de una propuesta de valor determinada por el estudio de los factores influyentes en la decisión de hospedaje de los viajeros y logrando un posicionamiento en los mismos mediante estrategias de alto alcance y bajo costo. De igual manera, se lleva a cabo un análisis financiero con siguientes valores de TIR 29.9%, TMAR 14.13% y VAN $38.310 concluyendo rentable y viable.
An investigation of the business proposal for the creation of an ecological hostel with raw materials based on maritime containers is carried out in Villamil Playas (Engabao) to determine the feasibility. The same that seeks to meet the demand of travelers, hikers and explorers with environmental awareness in need of a short stay with a new sustainable offer aligned to both the interests of customers and shareholders. For this, an investigation is carried out in different areas: legal, market, strategic and financial. Delimiting and fundamental areas of the lawful operation and the delivery of a value proposition determined by the study of the factors influencing the decision of accommodation of travelers and achieving a positioning in them through high-scope and low-cost strategies. Similarly, a financial analysis is carried out with the following values of IRR 29.9%, TMAR 14.13% and NPV $38,310, concluding profitable and viable.
