El presente documento expone la situación actual de las viviendas entregadas por el Estado y el sector privado, específicamente de las viviendas de Mucho Lote, Socio Vivienda y Hogar de Cristo, cuya fundamentación principal se basa en el bajo costo para así posibilitar el acceso a la misma, lo cual relega a segundo plano el confort, llegando a ocasionar una problemática térmica al interior de las viviendas las cuales llegan a exceder las recomendadas para el confort humano. Se analizará el confort de la vivienda social en relación con la cubierta, se estudiará sus características, teorías sobre el confort térmico, estrategias de ventilación pasiva, impacto ambiental de los materiales y transmitancia de los materiales disponibles en el mercado y la relación entre el confort y el individuo. Se diseñará alternativas de cielos rasos falsos y se seleccionará la más conveniente para las familias que acceden a la vivienda social y se realizarán recomendaciones para las instituciones involucradas.
This document presents the current situation of the homes delivered by the State and the private sector, specifically the homes of Socio Vivienda I, Hogar de Cristo and Mucho Lote I, whose main foundation is based on low cost in order to allow access to the itself, which relegates comfort to the background, causing a thermal problem inside homes which exceed those recommended for human comfort. It will analyze, the comfort of social housing in relation to the roof, the comfort, its characteristics, theories of thermal comfort, passive ventilation strategies, environmental impact of the materials and transmittance of the materials available on the market and the relationship between comfort and the individual. False ceilings alternatives will be designed and the most suitable one will be selected for families accessing social housing and recommendations will be made for the institutions involved.
