El femicidio en el sistema penal ecuatoriano. ¿Avance del femicidio o expresión del hembrismo?.

El presente trabajo está enfocado en el ilícito de Femicidio, “construcción típica” de reciente creación en el sistema penal ecuatoriano, en apariencia aquél se implementaba en nuestro sistema como un medio de garantía para frenar la cruda realidad de la mayoría de países en el mundo, sin embargo existe un fino extremo que confunde el femicidio como construcción típica de avance social feminista y el hembrismo; y, es precisamente este problema el que se pretende dilucidar por medio de esta investigación, tomando criterios doctrinarios que exponen las dos formas de pensamiento, a saber feminismo y hembrismo, para después de analizar en apego a nuestro ordenamiento jurídico dichas acepciones, aportar mediante la crítica constructiva un criterio y concepto solido con respecto a lo que a nuestro entender debe ser considerado como femicidio. En forma previa aquello se esbozarán y analizarán con fines didácticos ciertas acepciones previas para la construcción del femicidio, tal es el caso de lo que se considera “genero” y la importancia que este reviste en la construcción del ilícit o en estudio.
The present work is focused on the illicit Femicide, "typical construction" of recent creation in the Ecuadorian penal system, apparently that was implemented in our system as a means of guarantee to stop the harsh reality of most c ountries in the world , however there is a fine end that confuses femicide as a typical construction of feminist social advancement and hembrism; and it is precisely this problem that is intended to elucidate through this research, taking doctrinal criteri a that expose the two forms of thought, namely feminism and hembrism , after analyzing in accordance with our legal system these meanings, contribute by means of the constructive criticism a criterion and solid concept with respect to what in our opinion sh ould be considered as femicide. In previous form this will be outlined and analyzed for didactic purposes certain previous meanings for the construction of the femicide, such is the case of what is considered "gender" and its importance in the constructionof the illicit in study.
