El presente trabajo desarrolla el proceso de diseño de una edificación de servicios académicos o aulario, esta metodología se lleva a cabo a través de una investigación previa del lugar en la que se proyecta el resultado mediante plantas arquitectónicas, secciones, fachadas e imágenes en 3D. El aulario o edificio de servicios académicos se concibe por medio de dos volúmenes y una rampa en la que busca generar conexiones verticales continuas y conexión de los 4 niveles sin segregación, asimismo con los recorridos horizontales que son de fácil acceso. El proyecto alberga distintos espacios y actividades tales como: plazoletas, en las que se desarrollan zonas de encuentro y recreación; patio de comidas; salón de usos múltiples; salas de estar estudiantiles; y, aulas. Este aulario o edificio de servicios académicos busca generar espacios abiertos, libres, inclusivos y flexibles, creando así una edificación versátil que logre relacionarse armónicamente con las edificaciones existentes sin interrumpir los recorridos y flujos peatonales actuales de los estudiantes.
The attached work develops the design process of an academic services building or classrooms. This process was achieved by a previous research that projects the results throughout architectural plants, sections, facades and 3d images. The classrooms or the academics services building comes through the idea of having 2 volumes and one ramp that will create vertical and continues connections and 4 levels connections without segregation, as well as getting an easy horizontal access pathways. This project presents different spaces and activities consisting of: an esplanade with meeting and entertainments zones, food court, a multiuse room, student’s saloon and classrooms. The classrooms or the academics services building is focus on outdoors, free and flexible spaces, becoming a versatile building that is also harmonious and coherent with the current building without interrupting the different routes and the flow of students pedestrian routes.
