El desempleo es un problema social que ha persistido en todas las épocas de la humanidad por razones tales como sobrepoblación, la economía del país de residencia, y por último rigidez legal en el sector laboral por lo que también representa un problema jurídico por resolver. Por lo tanto el tema que se analizará en el desarrollo del presente trabajo de titulación; al examinar la legislación laboral y su incidencia con el desempleo se quiere detallar o poner en evidencia las razones específicas que mediante las leyes ecuatorianas oprimen o contienen a los empleadores para generar nuevas fuentes de empleo, y con esto buscar una alternativa o solución adecuada y equitativa que ponga en una balanza los derechos fundamentales de ambas partes tanto el patrono que es fuente principal de ingreso de muchas familias y permite que el flujo de dinero continúe para el trabajador o potencial trabajador ecuatoriano.
Unemployment is a social problem that has persisted in all times of humanity for reasons such as overcrowding, the economy of the country of residence, and ultimately legal rigidity in the labor sector, therefore it also represents a legal problem to be solved. Therefore, the topic that will be analyzed in the development of this titling work; When analyzing labor legislation and its incidence with unemployment, we want to detail or highlight the specific reasons that Ecuadorian laws oppress or contain for employers to generate new sources of employment, and with this seek an adequate and equitable alternative or solution. The fundamental rights of both parties, both the employer who is the main source of income for many families and allows the flow of money to continue, as well as for the Ecuadorian worker or potential worker, must be balanced.
