El presente proyecto de titulación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema de registro y control de historias clínicas para el consultorio de la Dra. Natacha Llontop en la ciudad de Guayaquil donde se demuestra la importancia de la tecnología en los procesos de la actualidad ahorrando tiempo y espacio al momento de almacenar de forma digital las fichas médicas y registros de los pacientes del consultorio. Permitiendo mantener de forma ordenada la información del historial médico, consultas y archivos de los pacientes. Para el desarrollo del sistema se siguieron varias etapas; al inicio se levantaron los requerimientos correspondientes para reunir toda la información, se elaboró un pequeño diseño de la aplicación para luego verificar el cumplimiento de todas las funcionalidades. Para adquirir información relacionada al proceso de registro de pacientes se realizó una entrevista con preguntas abiertas a la Doctora Natacha Llontop y su secretaria Allison Sagñay, llegando a una conclusión descriptiva no experimental enfocada en presentar los datos obtenidos sin ser alterados, en relación con el proceso administrativo del consultorio; se empleó la metodología de desarrollo en cascada la cual recibe retroalimentación en cada una de sus fases. El proyecto se desarrolló con lenguaje PHP y JavaScript, donde se usó el framework Laravel y el gestor de base de datos seleccionado fue MySQL cumpliendo con las distintas funcionalidades solicitadas por la doctora.
The objective of this degree project is to develop a system for the registration and control of medical records for the office of Dr. Natacha Llontop in the city of Guayaquil, where the importance of technology in current processes is demonstrated, saving time and space. at the time of digitally storing the medical records and patient records of the office. Allowing to keep in an orderly way the information of the medical history, consultations and files of the patients. Several stages were followed for the development of the system; At the beginning, the necessary requirements were raised to gather all the information, a small design of the application was elaborated to later verify the fulfillment of all the functionalities. To acquire information related to the patient registration process, an interview with open questions was conducted with Dr. Natacha Llontop and her secretary Allison Sagñay, reaching a nonexperimental descriptive conclusion focused on presenting the data obtained without being altered, in relation to the process. office manager; The cascade development methodology was used, which receives feedback in each of its phases. The project was developed with PHP and JavaScript language, where the Laravel framework was used and the selected database manager was MySQL, complying with the different functionalities requested by the doctor.
