En los años ochenta se empieza a utilizar la palabra catering, para definir a las actividades de servicio de alimentación y bebida para pequeñas o grandes cantidades de personas transportándolos y sirviéndolos en distintos lugares. Luego con el pasar de los años, este servicio fue incorporado en las aerolíneas, al inicio brindando bebidas calientes y sándwiches para luego ir evolucionando brindando comida durante el vuelo. En la actualidad empresas dedicadas a este servicio, se especializan en cubrir las necesidades de un sector o actividad definida, sea este catering para eventos sociales, empresariales, convenciones y demás. Es así que surge este proyecto, como una solución a empresas que requieran del servicio de alimentación para sus colaboradores dentro del sector Vía a la Costa, ofreciendo a las empresas (clientes) un servicio de catering especializado en la entrega de almuerzos sanos y saludables.
In the 80s starts to know the word “catering” to define some activities of meal and drink service for small or bigger quantities of persons transporting and serving to different kinds of places. Later with the pass of the years this kind of service was incorporated in airlines, providing at startup hot drinks and sandwiches for later going growing providing a meal during the flight. In these days companies engaged to this service and now specialize to cover all needs that sector or on activity like catering for different social and business events or conventions. For that reason arise this project like a solution to many companies that requires this meal and drink service for all collaborators inside of the sector “Via a la Costa” offering to many companies (clients) a service of catering specialized in the delivery healthy lunch.
