Problema: La falta de una herramienta administrativa suficientemente clara, precisa y concisa ha llevado a la administración de varias empresas por un camino peligroso que amenaza la estabilidad y sostenibilidad en el mercado. Objetivo: Diagnosticar la gestión de la administración financiera en la toma de decisiones en la empresa Impromaf C.A. Metodología: La investigación se utilizó fuentes secundarias, aplicando técnicas de investigación documental como fuentes de libros, entre otros; y de así mismo contienen información relevante del tema a investigar en la empresa Impromaf C.A. para conocer aspectos de la administración financiera y su impacto en la toma de decisiones. Resultados: Se evidencia el manejo insuficiente de la información financiera ya que esta no refleja información completa en sus registros contables y no se calculan indicadores financieros para el control de las cuentas. Discusión y hallazgos: Sin herramientas para analizar e interpretar las métricas financieras, aumenta el riesgo de tomar malas decisiones. Es evidente que una serie de factores se verán afectados si los empleados que trabajan para la empresa no cuentan con la información necesaria para la toma de decisiones.

Objective: To diagnose the management of financial administration in decision making in the company Impromaf C.A. Methodology: The research used secondary sources, applying documentary research techniques such as book sources, among others; and likewise contain relevant information on the subject to be investigated in the company Impromaf C.A. to learn about aspects of financial management and its impact on decision making. Results: Insufficient management of financial information is evidenced since it does not reflect complete information in its accounting records and financial indicators are not calculated for the control of accounts. Discussion and Findings: Without tools to analyze and interpret financial metrics, the risk of making poor decisions increases. It is evident that a series of factors will be affected if the employees who work for the company do not have the necessary information for decision making.
