El sistema penitenciario y el acceso a la justicia en la provincia de Galápagos.

La región insular de Galápagos, ha sido el referente más emblemático del Ecuador, por su belleza natural y su biodiversidad única, sin embargo, no ha sido ajena a los problemas sociales que ameritan la intervención de la justicia. Al tratarse de un territorio especial, se han presentado cierto tipo de inconvenientes (como en la infraestructura carcelaria, por ejemplo), factor que agrava e incómoda la situación de vida de los pobladores. En el presente trabajo, tras la realización de una investigación bibliográfica se analizará la situación penitencia de la Región Insular, las entidades estatales que controlan y la disposición de las leyes en relación a su situación especial Territorial. Tras el análisis se presentará una conclusión a modo personal que pueda ofrecer una solución, respuesta o propuesta para mejorar las condiciones carcelarias dentro de la provincia, de una manera que no vulnere los derechos humanos elementales de las personas privadas de libertad.
The Galápagos Island region has been the most emblematic reference in Ecuador, due to its natural beauty and its unique biodiversity, however, it has not been immune to social problems that warrant the intervention of justice. Being a special territory, there have been certain types of inconveniences (such as the manipulation of justice) by the authorities of the Island, a factor that aggravates and makes the life situation of the inhabitants uncomfortable. In the present work, after a deep bibliographical investigation, the penance situation of the Insular Region, the state entities that control and the disposition of the laws in relation to its special Territorial situation will be analyzed. After the analysis of presenting a conclusion in a personal way that can offer a solution, response or proposal to improve prison conditions within the province, in a way that does not violate the elementary human rights of people deprived of liberty.
