Influencia de las alianzas público privadas en la atracción de la inversión. Análisis comparativo Ecuador y América Latina periodo 2010 – 2020.

El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación es evaluar la atracción de la inversión en el Ecuador a través de la modalidad de Alianzas Publico Privada en comparación con otros países de América Latina en el periodo 2010 – 2020. Considerando una muestra de 7 países con datos anuales, se utilizará variables como el índice de competitividad y doing business. Los resultados mostraran el nivel de inversión que se puede atraer a través de este mecanismo. Los resultados indican que en países como Brasil y México si han tenido un mayor nivel de inversión a través del mecanismo de alianza público privada, también se obtuvo que de los países estudiados Ecuador fue el que menor nivel de inversión tuvo a través de esta modalidad. Se utilizó el programa de Rstudio para tener el análisis de componentes principales, para este análisis se corrió la base con los datos anuales de los 7 países y con un total de 17 variables.
The main objective of this research work is to evaluate the attraction of investment in Ecuador through the Public Private Partnership modality in comparison with other Latin American countries in the period 2010-2020. Considering a sample of 7 countries with data annual, variables such as the competitiveness index and doing business will be used. The results will show the level of investment that can be attracted through this mechanism. The results indicate that countries such as Brazil and Mexico have had a higher level of investment through the public-private alliance mechanism, it was also found that of the countries studied, Ecuador was the one with the lowest level of investment through this modality. The Rstudio program was used to have the principal component analysis, for this analysis the base was run with the annual data from the 7 countries and with a total of 17 variables.
