Modern life imposes different requirements for the current man as for the habitability of the spaces. A interior designer has to be attentive to the different variables that shape the universe of the architectural space: the functionality, the lighting, the morphology and the materials. Interior designs need major specialization according to the modern trends of live, for that reason the present work focus into a business plan that contains information about a company that manages and fulfill the requirements of possible clients. It was realized an analysis of the sector of the construction where one determined that the average growth of the industry from 2002 to 2008 is 6,92 % per year, wich is major than the economy of Ecuador...
La vida moderna impone distintas necesidades para el hombre actual en cuanto a la habitabilidad de los espacios. Un diseñador de interiores debe estar atento a las distintas variables que conforman el universo del espacio arquitectónico: la funcionalidad, la iluminación, la morfología y los materiales. El diseño de interiores requiere cada vez de mayor especialización según las tendencias modernas del habitar, por lo que en el presente trabajo se plasma el plan de negocios que contiene información sobre la empresa que se desea implementar para que logre cumplir los requerimientos de sus posibles clientes. Se realizó un análisis del sector de la construcción donde se determinó que el crecimiento promedio de la industria desde el 2002 al 2008 es del 6,92% anual, siendo éste mayor al de la economía del Ecuador ...
