Con el objetivo de implementar un nuevo tipo de arquitectura para niños, se crea este proyecto de un Centro de Recreacional y Ocupacional, donde a pesar de estar relacionado de gran forma con la tipología educacional al ser un anexo o aporte al cuidado y desarrollo infantil, el usuario principal se envuelve en un entorno totalmente diferente a las instituciones que ofrece nuestro país. Ubicado sobre la Av. Occidental se encuentra el antiguo edificio "FEREXPO", el cual ha sido utilizado como bodega en los últimos años y el descuido y desgaste que este ha sufrido es evidente tanto interior como exteriormente, es por eso que se crea una propuesta interiorista que pueda ser fácilmente reflejada también en el exterior de la edificación. Interiormente presenta espacios estimulantes, con colores y texturas que reflejan el concepto de LEGO aplicado a todos los elementos que conforman el proyecto, desde el mobiliario hasta los elementos estructurales, diseños modernos y confortables pensados en el usuario principal donde puedan seguir aprendiendo y jugando. El proyecto se divide en 4 zonas principales (administrativa, de servicios, recreacional y ocupacional) divididas en las 3 plantas del tercio elegido del edificio. Se crearon áreas para todo tipo de actividades, deportivas, musicales, culturales, enseñanza, así como áreas multifuncionales para actividades que se susciten de acuerdo a la necesidad de los usuarios. Finalmente se puede aseverar que el proyecto planteado se muestra como una propuesta innovadora y que servirá como referente en el futuro gracias a su diseño, funcionalidad, confort y seguridad
In order to implement a new type of architecture for children, this project of a Centre for Recreation and Occupational created, where despite being related in great shape with the educational typology to be an annex or contribution to child care and development, the primary user is wrapped in a totally different institutions that our country offers environment. Located on Av. Occidental proposal is the old "Ferexpo" building, which has been used as a cellar in recent years and neglect and wear it has suffered is both internally and externally evident, which is why that is created interior that can easily be reflected also on the outside of the building. Has internally stimulating spaces, with colors and textures that reflect the concept of LEGO applied to all elements of the project, from the furniture to the structural elements, modern and comfortable designs designed in the main user where they can keep learning and playing. The project is divided into 4 main areas (administrative, services, recreational and occupational) divided into 3 floors and the chosen third of the building. areas for all kinds of activities, sports, music, cultural, educational and multipurpose areas for activities arising according to the need of users were created. Finally it can be stated that the proposed project is shown as an innovative proposal that will serve as reference in the future thanks to its design, functionality, comfort and safety.
