The present work, have the purpose the study of the Privileged Testaments, that they are part of our legal system which are a special right granted to members of the Armed Forces of Ecuador. The privileged testaments recognized in the Ecuadorian Legislation are: the military testament and the maritime testament they correspond to the officials and troop of the National Army and Navy. The subject focuses specifically on the search for tools and mechanisms to help members of the Armed Forces at the time of make their privileged testaments, about of the special circumstances that have them for their work. Reviews with other Latin American laws are carried out, to see how these contemplate the privileged testaments, and how they could help in our legislation. Surveys will be made to members of the Armed Forces, in relation to the subject of study, to define the conditions of danger and look for tools and mechanisms can be effective and useful when wants to write a privileged testament
El presente trabajo, tiene como finalidad el estudio de los Testamentos Privilegiados, que son parte de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico y que son un derecho especial otorgado a los miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas del Ecuador. Los testamentos privilegiados reconocidos dentro de la Legislación Ecuatoriana son: el testamento militar y el testamento marítimo que corresponden a los oficiales y tropa del Ejército y de la Armada Nacional. El tema en concreto se centra en la búsqueda de herramientas y mecanismos que ayuden a los miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas en el momento de realizar sus testamentos privilegiados, debido a las circunstancias especiales que tienen ellos por su labor. Se realizará un análisis con otras legislaciones latinoamericanas, para ver de qué manera estas contemplan a los testamentos privilegiados, y de qué manera podrían ayudar en nuestra legislación. Se hará encuestas a miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas, en relación al tema de estudio, para definir las condiciones en las que tienen peligro y ver que herramientas y mecanismos pueden ser eficaces y de gran utilidad al momento de querer redactar un testamento privilegiado.
