A very important need to research a topic of great importance as is "EVALUATION IN SCHOOL FAILURE OF CHILDREN OF SEVENTH YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL MAY 24" THE CANTON SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE BOLIVAR, SCHOOL YEAR 2010 - 2011. " The problem is presented HOW DOES THE EVALUATION IN SCHOOL FAILURE OF CHILDREN OF SEVENTH YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL "MAY 24" THE CANTON SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE BOLIVAR SCHOOL YEAR 2010-2011? Addressed important issues such as: the methods, techniques and assessment tools. The evaluation process is part of the teaching and learning process. This fundamental element of pedagogic practice, offers students the opportunity to demonstrate and assess the achievements and teachers, allows them to verify the effectiveness of teaching. From this perspective, evaluation is mainly didactic process that can help improve the quality of pedagogical work. We will analyze the assessment processes that take place in the classrooms of Basic Education and you will find a wide repertoire of assessment tools available. Finally, we will study the qualification process that involves an important aspect of evaluation from the technical and social perspective. It is therefore important to consider some basic principles. First, the choice of techniques and tools that teacher do, must be related to the evaluation object on which I search information and the aim pursued. Curriculum Reform in Ecuador I have put the spotlight on the acquisition and development (skills and abilities in students. What are the appropriate instruments to guide the development and / or verify the acquisition of these skills? Second, given that teachers need information about different types of demonstrations of student learning, you need to use different techniques and instruments. A single type of instrument cannot fully cover such complex objects as teachers need to evaluate. This paper describes some techniques that can be applied during the development of classroom work focusing specifically on the observation by presenting the tools that may be more useful for teachers.
Una necesidad muy importante investigar un tema de mucha importancia como es “LA EVALUACIÓN EN EL FRACASO ESCOLAR DE LOS NIÑOS/AS DE SÉPTIMO AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA “24 DE MAYO” DEL CANTÓN SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR, AÑO LECTIVO 2010- 2011.”. El problema que se presentó es ¿CÓMO INFLUYE LA EVALUACIÓN, EN EL FRACASO ESCOLAR DE LOS NIÑOS/AS DE SÉPTIMO AÑO DE EDUCACIÓNBÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA “24 DE MAYO” DEL CANTÓN SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR, AÑO LECTIVO 2010 – 2011? Se abordó temas importantes como: Los métodos, técnicas e instrumentos de evaluación. El proceso de evaluación forma parte del proceso de enseñanza y del proceso de aprendizaje. Este elemento fundamental de la práctica pedagógica, ofrece a los alumnos la oportunidad de demostrar y valorar los logros alcanzados y a los docentes, les permite corroborar la efectividad de la enseñanza. Desde esta perspectiva, la evaluación es un proceso eminentemente didáctico que puede coadyuvar a mejorar la calidad del quehacer pedagógico. Se analizarán los procesos de evaluación que se realizan en las aulas de la Educación Básica y se encontrará un repertorio amplio sobre los instrumentos de evaluación disponibles. Por último, se estudiará el proceso de calificación que implica un aspecto importante de la evaluación desde la perspectiva técnica y social. Por ello, es importante considerar algunos principios básicos. En primer lugar, la elección de técnicas e instrumentos que el docente realice, debe guardar relación con el objeto de evaluación sobre el cual busca I información y con la finalidad que persigue.
