El presente Trabajo de Graduación, EL PROCESO CONTABLE Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA TOMA DE DECISIONES FINANCIERAS ADMINISTRATIVAS EN EL INSTITUTO TECNOLOGICO EDUPRAXIS DE LA CIUDAD DE AMBATO, PROVINCIA DE TUNGURAHUA, DURANTE EL AÑO 2012” , reviste de mucha importancia, porque pretende solucionar uno de los problemas de información contable, que atraviesan con cierta frecuencia el Instituto Tecnológico Superior Edupraxis, si no solucionada a tiempo puede conducir a la Entidad a una complicación financiera, y tributaria. El alcance de la investigación se basó sobre el problema planteado: ¿La limitada información contable es la principal causa del deficiente sistema contable que conlleva la inadecuada toma de decisiones administrativas, financieras en el Instituto Tecnológico Edupraxis de la ciudad de Ambato? El problema descrito se dilucidó mediante la aplicación de encuesta, tanto al Director Administrativo, como al Personal Administrativo o quienes ratificaron lo enunciado por la mayoría en las encuestas la falta de información contable, el desconocimiento de la normativa contable, falta de cumplimiento en la cultura tributaria, que normen y guíen el accionar y procedimientos de los ejecutivos en el momento de instrumentar, aprobar y entregar de los recursos. Al problema encontrado debemos sumar el hecho de que Instituto Tecnológico Edupraxis, por la falta de la toma de decisiones adecuadas y oportuna ha llegado a tener varios inconvenientes administrativos y contables, debido a la desorganización contable; comprobándose la hipótesis planteada “La inadecuada información contable incide en la toma de decisiones financieras administrativas del Instituto Tecnológico Edupraxis en la ciudad de Ambato” Los métodos de investigación utilizados en el trabajo fueron el Inductivo, Deductivo y Comparativo: los Tipos de Investigación fueron el Bibliográfico, Investigación de Campo, Transversal; así también se utilizaron las técnicas para la recolección de datos: La Observación, la Encuesta Finalmente como resultado de la investigación en el capítulo III se planteó, XII proponer un Sistema Contable para la toma de decisiones, Administrativas y financieras, que tiene como objetivos los siguientes:  Diseñar un sistema contable, aplicado al Instituto tecnológico Edupraxis.  Socializar el sistema contable en base a los resultados de la investigación obtenida.  Gestionar la aplicación del sistema contable para la toma adecuada decisiones financieras y administrativas del Instituto Tecnológico Edupraxis. En esta propuesta se explica en detalle cada uno de los procesos, al igual que se describe completamente el Sistema Contable para el Instituto tecnológico Superior Edupraxis.

The scope of the investigation was based on the problem posed: Limited accounting information is the main cause of poor accounting system that involves inadequate management decisions, financial Edupraxis Technological Institute in the city of Ambato? The problem described is elucidated by applying survey, both the Administrative Director, and administrative staff or who ratified it enunciated by the majority in the polls lack of accounting information, lack of accounting rules, lack of compliance culture tax, that regulate and guide the actions and procedures of the executive at the time to implement, approve and deliver resources. I found the problem we must add the fact that Edupraxis Technological Institute, lack of adequate and timely decision-making has come to have several administrative and accounting difficulties due to disorganization accounting; are checked for hypothesis "Inadequate accounting information affects financial making administrative decisions Edupraxis Technology Institute in the city of Ambato" The research methods used in the study were the inductive, deductive and Comparative: Rate were the Bibliographical Research, Field Research, Transversal; and techniques for data collection were also used: observation, survey Finally as a result of research in Chapter III was raised,   XII propose an accounting system for decision-making, administrative and financial, which has the following objectives:  Design an accounting system applied to Edupraxis Technology Institute.  Socialize the accounting system based on the research results obtained.  Manage the application of the appropriate accounting system for financial and administrative decisions of Edupraxis Technological Institute. This proposal is explained in detail each of the processes, like the Accounting System for Higher Technological Institute Edupraxis fully described.
