This research work was carried out with the purpose of developing a guide for calculating social benefits assigned by Law, as well as those obtained through collective contracting at the National Electricity Corporation CNEL. EP Bolívar. The methodology used corresponds to the descriptive research, which allowed to know the processes that are carried out in the calculation of the values to be paid by each worker, through the field research the information was collected through the surveys to the workers who work under collective agreement, interviews with the professional payroll and union secretary, to process and analyze the information obtained qualitative quantitative research is used. The results obtained show that workers do not have a clear knowledge of the concept of collective bargaining and the rights to which they are creditors for being part of this scheme, another situation is that the institution does not socialize the way of calculating the benefits that They perceive what creates discontent among workers. Therefore, we proceeded to design a guide for the calculation of social benefits in collective bargaining, which includes a detailed description of the items granted by the institution, legal basis, supporting documents and the procedure for determining the corresponding values. Once the research work is completed, a copy will be issued to the institution who, through prior analysis, will inform the workers, if possible, coordinate with the staff responsible for carrying out the socialization of the research results. El presente trabajo investigativo se realizó con la finalidad de elaborar una guía de cálculo de beneficios sociales asignados por Ley, así como los conseguidos mediante contratación colectiva en la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad CNEL. EP Bolívar. La metodología empleada corresponde a la investigación descriptiva, la cual permitió conocer los procesos que se efectúan en el cálculo de los valores a pagar por cada trabajador, mediante la investigación de campo se hizo el levantamiento de la información a través de las encuestas a los trabajadores que laboran bajo contrato colectivo, entrevistas a la profesional de nómina y secretario sindical, para procesar y analizar la información obtenida se emplea la investigación cuali-cuantitativa. Mediante los resultados obtenidos se evidencia que los trabajadores no tienen un conocimiento claro del concepto de contratación colectiva y los derechos a los que son acreedores por formar parte de este régimen, otra situación es que la institución no socializa la forma de cálculo de los beneficios que perciben lo que genera un descontento en los trabajadores. Por lo tanto, se procedió a diseñar una guía para el cálculo de beneficios sociales en la contratación colectiva, el mismo que contempla una descripción detallada de los rubros que otorga la institución, base legal, documentos de soporte y el procedimiento para la determinación de los valores correspondientes. Una vez concluido el trabajo de investigación se emitirá un ejemplar a la institución quien mediante un análisis previo pondrá a conocimiento de los trabajadores, de ser posible se coordinará con el personal responsable para llevar a cabo la socialización de los resultados de la investigación.
