The analysis that is going to be carried out is with the purpose of solving the problems that arise in the strategic functions of the Corporación Productora de Alimentos Nacionales (CORPOPRALINA Cía. Ltda.) In the areas of Production, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Administration, that is; does not have a supply system for raw materials and supplies, inadequate use of marketing channels, do not perform financial indicators, poor selection and hiring of personnel, making decisions based on the experience of the business. The problems that arise in the company is due to the poor planning that exists in all processes, generating bottlenecks, the manager has an autocratic leadership style because of this the employees work out of necessity and do not feel the company as if it were from them. We believe that it is important to perform the analysis of strategic functions in a technical manner, which allows the company to generate revenues, venture into new markets, innovate its products and be highly competitive. To achieve the objective of the research, an analysis will be made of the strategic functions to determine strategies for solving the problems existing in the company, applying the proposed action plans. For the development of the research methodology it is necessary to know the current situation of the company CORPOPRALINA, using surveys to the employees, interview to the manager and observation guide to the different processes of the strategic functions where we show that they are performed empirically, to obtain relevant information of the results; the types of research allowed us to obtain direct information using bibliographies, webgraphy, etc
El análisis que se va a realizar es con la finalidad de dar solución a los problemas que surgen en las funciones estratégicas de la empresa Corporación Productora de Alimentos Nacionales (CORPOPRALINA Cía. Ltda.) en las áreas de Producción, Comercialización, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos y Administración, es decir; no cuenta con un sistema de aprovisionamiento de la materia prima e insumos, la inadecuada utilización de los canales de comercialización, no realizan indicadores financieros, deficiente selección y contratación del personal, la toma de decisiones lo realiza en base a la experiencia del giro del negocio. Los problemas que surgen en la empresa se da por la deficiente planificación que existe en todos los procesos, generando cuellos de botella, el gerente posee un estilo de liderazgo autocrático debido a esto los empleados trabajan por necesidad y no siente a la empresa como si fuera de ellos. Consideramos que es importante realizar el análisis de las funciones estratégicas de forma técnica, lo cual permite a la empresa generar ingresos, incursionar en nuevos mercados, innovar sus productos y ser altamente competitiva. Para lograr el objetivo de la investigación se realizará un análisis a las funciones estratégicas para determinar estrategias de solución a los problemas existentes en la empresa, aplicando los planes de acción propuestos. Para el desarrollo de la metodología de investigación es necesario conocer la situación actual de la empresa CORPOPRALINA, utilizando encuestas a los empleados, entrevista al gerente y guía de observación a los diferentes procesos de las funciones estratégicas donde evidenciamos que se los realiza empíricamente, para obtener información relevante de los resultados; los tipos de investigación nos permitieron obtener información directa utilizando bibliografías, webgrafia, etc.
