La presente investigación cuali-cuantativa con enfoque etnográfico y hermenéutico-dialéctico titulada: “GESTIÓN DEL BARRIO SALUDABLE Y LA ORGANIZACIÓN SOCIO COMUNITARIA EN EL SECTOR LOS TANQUES, PARROQUIA VENTIMILLA, CIUDAD GUARANDA, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR, PERÍODO 2013”, aborda una temática lógico-sistemática y convergente que está en correspondencia con las tipologías que exigen las ciencias sociales al reconocer que en los albores actuales las nuevas generaciones hacen uso limitado de pasillos programáticos en los procesos de interrelación,interactuación cognitiva y su entorno -para apoyar- el proceso resilente e interventor en la incorporación de procesos de gestión a una comunidad como se revela en el barrio saludable y la organización socio-comunitaria en el sector “Los Tanques” de la ciudad de Guaranda.
This qualitative and ethnographic research cuantativa and hermeneutic-dialectic approach entitled "MANAGEMENT DISTRICT AND HEALTHY COMMUNITY PARTNER ORGANIZATION IN THE SECTOR TANKS, Ventimilla PARISH CITY GUARANDA, State Bolivar, PERIOD 2013 "addresses a logical and systematic and convergent theme that is in line with the types required by the social sciences to recognize that in the current dawn of new generations make limited use of programmatic corridors the processes of interrelation, interaction and cognitive environment -for apoyar- the resilient process and auditor at the incorporation of management processes to a community as revealed in the healthy neighborhood and socio-community organization in the sector "Tanks" of the city of Guaranda.
