La mayoría de Instituciones en la actualidad se ven en la necesidad de garantizar el cumplimiento de la responsabilidad social, a través de un Modelo de Balance Social con lineamientos teóricos y prácticos que faciliten informar sobre su accionar social, además es una herramienta de gestión que permitirá rendir cuentas a los grupos de interés de la cooperativa evaluando sus valores y principios cooperativos. En primer lugar se hace referencia al problema de investigación el mismo que está en caminado a determinar la aplicación de un Modelo de Balance Social para el cumplimiento de la responsabilidad social de la cooperativa, recurriendo a los métodos inductivo, deductivo, histórico lógico y científico, que aportaron en la búsqueda de un adecuado Modelo para dicha Institución, para la comprobación de la hipótesis se lo hizo a través de un proceso estadístico descriptivo. En el CAPITULO I contiene: el Tema, Antecedentes, La Formulación del Problema, Objetivos dentro de este se encuentra el Objetivo General y Objetivo específico, Marco Teórico aquí se encuentra dividido en el Marco Geo referencial, Marco Legal, Marco Teórico Conceptual y Marco Teórico Científico, a la cual se llegó a la formulación de la Hipótesis de ahí a las Variables; Variable Independiente e Variable Dependiente y la Operacionalización de Variables. Metodología; Métodos de investigación, Tipos de Investigación, Técnicas e Instrumentos para la Obtención de Datos y el Universo y La Muestra. Se trata en el CAPITULO II sobre el Análisis e Interpretación de resultados, Tabulación, Presentación e Interpretación de Resultados, Comprobación de la Hipótesis llagando a sus respectivas Conclusiones y Recomendaciones. CAPITULO III aquí se desarrolló la propuesta y llegando a sus propias Conclusiones y Recomendaciones de la misma. Se argumenta el marco teórico que se divide en: Teoría Científica, Conceptual, Referencial y Geo referencial, dando la debida importancia a cada uno de ellos y sustentando de manera científica las teorías, con un enfoque en los elementos aplicables que han demostrado un efectivo posicionamiento científico. XIV El análisis e interpretación de los resultados se presentan en tablas y gráficos para una mejor visión de los datos obtenidos a través de los instrumentos de recolección de información primaria, encuestas dirigidas a los socios y funcionarios y entrevista a los directivos, para posteriormente se reconozcan las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones. Este trabajo de investigación es de vital importancia para la Institución, los beneficios que brindará su aplicación darán como resultado una eficiente herramienta de información social, dando una alternativa de solución al problema planteado y apoyando a los directivos de la cooperativa en la elaboración de su Modelo de Balance Social definitivo.
Most institutions today are the need to ensure compliance with social responsibility, through a model of Social Balance theoretical and practical guidelines to facilitate reporting on their social action, it is also a management tool that will allow accountability to the stakeholders of the cooperative assessing their cooperative values and principles. First referring to the research question is the same as walking in determining the application of a model of Social Balance to fulfill the social responsibility of the cooperative, using inductive, deductive, historical logical and scientific methods, who contributed in the search for a suitable model for that institution, for testing the hypothesis made it through a descriptive statistical process. Chapter I contains: Theme, Background, Problem Formulation Objectives within this General Objective and Specific objective, theoretical framework here is divided on the benchmark Marco Geo, Legal Framework, Theoretical Framework Conceptual and theoretical framework is Scientific, which led to the formulation of the hypothesis there at Variables; Independent and Dependent Variable and the operationalization of variables. Methodology; Research methods, types of research, Techniques and Tools for Data Collection and Sample Universe. It is in Chapter II of the Analysis and Interpretation of results tabulation, presentation and interpretation of results, hypothesis testing llagando their respective conclusions and recommendations. CHAPTER III proposal developed here and coming to their own conclusions and recommendations of the same. The theoretical framework is divided into argues: Scientific Theory, Conceptual, and referential Geo Reference, giving due importance to each and supporting theories scientifically, with a focus on applicable elements that have proven effective positioning scientist. XIV The analysis and interpretation of the results are presented in tables and graphs for a better view of the data obtained through the instruments of primary data collection, surveys of members and interview officials and managers to recognize later respective conclusions and recommendations. This research is of vital importance to the institution, the benefits they provide their application will result in an efficient tool for social information, providing an alternative solution to the problem and supporting the management of the cooperative in the development of its Model Social Balance definitive.
