Objective: To describe the meanings that mothers have for humanized delivery, through the application of an in-depth interview, which will allow incorporating more human practices and raising awareness during labor at the "León Becerra Camacho" Hospital. Methodology: it is a qualitative study, focused on analyzing the qualities of the meaning information underlying the actions of the participants; of naturalistic cohort, the data is collected in the natural context where the events occur; collective type with a phenomenological approach, has as its focus to understand the meaning that events have for the people that will be studied. We counted on the collaboration of 10 women treated at the León Becerra Camacho Hospital, post-partum area, the in-depth interview was carried out; Subsequently, a study was conducted with the information from the interviews to form 5 core categories, which in turn generated 9 subcategories. The information processing was carried out using the Atlas Ti software, which categorizes by hierarchies, developing a hermeneutic unit formed by 6 elements that reflects a report of results in relation to codes, appointments, memos, networks culminating with a complete processing of the interviews Results: 5 core categories were formed: my knowledge about humanized delivery, what they told me about my birth, my preferences as a mother during childbirth, my post-partum feelings, my appreciation of the childbirth treatment. Regarding knowledge about humanized childbirth, mothers expressed their ignorance about the subject, noting in turn their great interest in knowing about it, they think that, if doctors provide more information, patience and empathy. they would make the birth of a less traumatic and more wonderful experience; In turn, they expressed great interest in accompanying a relative during the birth process, since the fact of having a family member and being supported allows them to feel more courageous, safe without fear and with greater strength to give birth. Conclusions: Mothers do not know about humanized childbirth, the benefits it provides both to the mother and the newborn and the ability to be protagonists of it, feeling in this way more secure, in addition to this the mothers state that it would be good to train the staff so that they can provide better information and attention.
Objetivo: Relatar los significados que tienen para las madres el parto humanizado, mediante la aplicación de una entrevista a profundidad, que permitirá incorporar practicas más humanas y sensibilizar la atención durante el parto en el Hospital “León Becerra Camacho”. Metodología: es un estudio cualitativo, centrado en analizar las cualidades de la información sentido subyacentes en las acciones de los participantes; de cohorte naturalista, los datos se recogen en el contexto natural donde ocurren los hechos; tipo colectivo con enfoque fenomenológico, tiene como foco entender el significado que tienen los eventos para las personas que serán estudiadas. Se contó con la colaboración de 10 mujeres atendidas en el Hospital León Becerra Camacho, área post-parto, se ejecutó la entrevista a profundidad y posteriormente se realizó un análisis de la información obtenida para formar 5 categorías núcleo, la que a su vez generó 9 subcategorías. El procesamiento de información se llevó a cabo utilizando el software Atlas Ti, que categoriza por jerarquías, elaborando una unidad hermenéutica formada por 6 elementos que refleja un reporte de resultados en relación a códigos, citas, memos, redes culminando con un procesamiento completo de las entrevistas. Resultados: se formaron 5 categorías núcleo: mis conocimientos sobre parto humanizado, lo que ellos me dijeron sobre mi parto, mis preferencias como madre durante el parto, mis sentimientos post-parto, apreciación del trato en el parto. En cuanto al conocimiento sobre parto humanizado, las madres manifestaron su desconocimiento ante la temática, dando a notar a su vez su gran interés por conocer de la misma, piensan que, si los médicos brindaran más información, paciencia y empatía. lograrían hacer del parto una experiencia menos traumática y más maravillosa; a su vez expresaron gran interés sobre el acompañamiento de un familiar durante el proceso del parto ya que el hecho de tener a un familiar y el estar apoyadas, permite sentirse más valientes, seguras sin temor y con mayor fuerza para dar a luz. Conclusiones: Las madres no conocen sobre el parto humanizado, los beneficios que proporciona tanto a la madre como al recién nacido y la capacidad de ser protagonistas del mismo, sintiéndose de esta manera más seguras, además de ello las madres manifiestan que sería bueno capacitar al personal para que así brinden una mejor información y atención.
