El estudio realizado en la Comunidad Guachana perteneciente al Cantón Guaranda provincia Bolívar, partiendo de esto se logró plantear el tema denominado: LOS HÁBITOS DE HIGIENE BUCAL Y CARIES DENTAL EN LOS ADOLESCENTES, obteniendo información veraz y oportuna de acuerdo a estos aspectos que en el proceso hemos ido descifrado y concretando la introducción y los antecedentes, entre los más importantes el estudio de las diferentes respuestas otorgadas por los agentes involucrados en esta estudio, dando énfasis a esta última como se podrá leer en los antecedentes del proyecto, trasciende la investigación cuando justificamos y demostramos el interés y la importancia de realizar esta investigación logrando armar un árbol de problemas para seguidamente plantear el problema central de la misma. Conocidos varios aspectos se planteó el objetivo general de lo cual para su logro respectivo se determinaron tres objetivos específicos, se identificaron las variables, se realizó su operacionalización tomando en cuenta la información obtenida en el marco científico. CAPÍTULO I, la realización de este trabajo propositivo se basó en una Fundamentación Filosófica, Fundamentación Axiológica, Fundamentación Legal, Marco Teórico Referencial, Marco Teórico Científico, y el Marco Teórico Conceptual, cuya información nos sirvió para una mejor conducción del proceso. CAPÍTULO II, dentro de las perspectivas metodológicas, según el diseño la investigación es no experimental transversal; Los tipos de investigación utilizados fueron por el propósito (aplicada), por el lugar (de campo), por el origen (bibliográfica), por la dimensión temporal (transversal), por el nivel de estudio (descriptivo), para una mejor comprensión del sistema investigativo; Población y muestra para especificar cuantos son los involucrados a participar en esta investigación. Se utilizaron los métodos, científico, deductivo, inductivo, dialéctico, sintético, para tener una mejor guía en la obtención de información; técnicas e instrumentos: encuestas-cuestionario, observación-historia clínica, para la identificación de los diversos aspectos que nos llevaron a la realización de este trabajo. 12CAPÍTULO III, En este capítulo se puede evidenciar el análisis e interpretación de resultados el cual demuestra que, una vez analizados los resultados en función de las respuestas dadas a cada pregunta de la encuesta realizada a los adolescentes, se procedió a realizar un estudio, que permitió hacer un análisis e interpretación generalizada de las distintas posiciones asumidas, empleando en la encuesta las alternativas de SI o NO Con todo este análisis, se presenta el informe de la investigación con sus conclusiones y recomendaciones esperando que las mismas sean acogidas para mejorar la situación que aqueja a muchos adolescentes de esta comunidad en cuanto a una higiene bucal adecuada. CAPÍTULO IV, Finalmente se presenta la parte específica y primordial de este trabajo, la misma que constituye la propuesta que constituye el desarrollo de un programa con su presentación, su respectiva justificación, sus objetivos y metas a alcanzar, y el desarrollo de estrategias y actividades a desarrollar, señalando también los recursos tanto Recursos Humanos (equipo de trabajo), Recursos Financieros (presupuesto), Recursos Materiales (equipos, insumos), Recursos Técnicos (material audiovisual, e informático). Para la evidencia de todas las consultas realizadas en el desarrollo de la investigación, se presenta la respectiva Bibliografía, y a continuación los Anexos los mismos que representar.

CHAPTER I, the realization of this proactive work was based on a Philosophical Foundations, axiological foundation, Legal Groundwork, Theoretical Framework Reference, Scientific Theoretical Framework, and the theoretical framework Conceptual whose information helped us to better process control. CHAPTER II, within the methodological perspectives, as designed the experimental research is not cross; The types of research used They were for the purpose (applied), the place (field), the origin (Literature), for the time dimension (cross), by level of study (Descriptive), for a better understanding of the research system; Population and It shows to specify how many are involved to participate in this research. Methods, scientific, deductive, inductive were used, dialectical, synthetic, for better guidance on obtaining information; techniques and instruments: survey-questionnaire, observation-story clinic, for the identification of the various aspects that led us to the realization of this work. 12Chapter III This chapter can highlight the analysis and interpretation of results which shows that, after analyzing the results based of the responses to each question in the survey of teenagers, we proceeded to conduct a study, which allowed to analyze and generalized interpretation of the different positions taken using the Poll alternatives YES or NO With this analysis, the investigation report is presented with its conclusions and recommendations hoping that they are welcomed to improve the situation facing many teenagers in this community As for proper oral hygiene. CHAPTER IV Finally the specific and essential part of this is presented work, it is proposed that constitutes the development of a program presentation, respective justification, objectives and goals reach, and development of strategies and activities to be developed, pointing also resources both human resources (team), Resources Financial (budget) Material Resources (equipment, supplies) Resources Technical (audiovisual material, and computer).
