En la república del Ecuador a raíz que asumió el poder el actual presidente de la República, el Economista Rafael Correa Delgado, La cultura tributaria se convirtió en una de las políticas más importantes para la recaudación de recursos a través de impuestos, lo que ha hecho que los procesos de control en materia tributaria sea permanente, es así que los empresarios y comerciantes o personas que realizan alguna actividad económica, se vean abocados en muchas de las ocasiones a ser sancionados por el Servicio de Rentas Internas. La presente investigación cuenta con tres capítulos los mismos que se detallan a continuación: CAPÍTULO I Se encuentra el Tema que consiste en “GESTIÓN Y CONTROL DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE OBLIGACIONES TRIBUTARIAS DE LOS ALMACENES DE INSUMOS AGRÍCOLAS, PECUARIOS Y GANADEROS EXISTENTES EN EL CANTÓN ECHEANDÍA AÑO 2012.”, los Antecedentes, Justificación, el Problema, Objetivo General y Específicos, Marco Teórico Referencial, aquí se hace hincapié a los Almacenes de Insumos Agrícolas, Pecuarios y Ganaderos. El Marco Geo Referencial, documento que fue entregado por la oficina del SIANET de la Universidad de Bolívar, en el que se encuentran las coordenadas de las empresas objeto de estudio. El Marco Teórico Conceptual, se ha tomado varios conceptos en relación a las dos variables, Gestión y Cumplimiento de las Obligaciones Tributarias y Gestión Financiera. La teoría científica se encuentra varias teorías referentes al tema de investigación. La Hipótesis, las Variables y la Operacionalización de las variables. CAPITULO II Análisis e interpretación de resultados, donde se encuentran los resultados de la investigación y se presentan a través de cuadros y diagramas, así como las conclusiones, recomendaciones y la comprobación de la hipótesis. XII CAPITULO III En este capítulo se encuentra la propuesta que consiste en un Plan de capacitación y asesoría sobre cultura tributaria a los propietarios de los Almacenes de Insumos Agrícolas, Pecuarios y Ganaderos del Cantón Echeandía, Provincia Bolívar, El plan de capacitación con su programación.
