This research work entitled Accounting and Financial Control Operations Credit Cooperative Credit Union Ltd. the tabernacle, was made in order to improve the accounting control and stability in the area of Credit; identified as a need within the institution to present risks in the recovery of past due loans. In the development of research topics on financial management, where the emphasis was on the functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling risk is addressed. As part of a scientific review theoretical framework that describes the concept of several authors who talk about what constitutes a tool for decision-making in operations funding is for this important opportune moments described in the daily work of an institution because it is intimately related to the operation and availability of resources. For the collection of information is conducted surveys to staff, and met Ms. Manager of the Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. the Tabernacle, in which it was determined that there is no proper functioning in credit operations and needed to support the management accounting system through a proposal as an alternative solution to the problem posed at the beginning. The proposal was made with data from the Cooperative Savings and Loan Agency Ltd. Guaranda the Tabernacle with respect to activities that are met based on credit delivery, collection processes and NPL to develop a Manuel Control accounting and Finance for the staff working in the same unfold based on a schedule of activities. The proposal was implemented in several stages that come from the Management and Credit Control, Credit Evaluation, Financial Processes, policies and procedures regarding market risk and liquidity control actions to the evaluation of the processes to be defined as qualitative.
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado Control Contable y Financiero en las Operaciones de Crédito de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito el Sagrario Ltda., fue realizado con la finalidad de mejorar el control contable y estabilidad dentro del Área de Crédito; determinado como una necesidad dentro de la institución al presentar riesgos en la recuperación de la cartera de crédito vencida. En el desarrollo de la investigación se abordaron temas sobre gestión financiera, en donde se puso énfasis en las funciones de planificación, organización, dirección y control del mismo. Como parte de la referencia teórica se hace una revisión científica que describe el concepto de varios autores que hablan sobre elementos que constituyen herramienta para la toma de decisiones en las operaciones de financiamiento, para esto se describen momentos oportunos importantes en el quehacer diario de una institución, ya que guarda íntima relación con el funcionamiento y disponibilidad de los recursos. Para la recopilación de la información se realizó encuestas a los funcionarios, y se entrevistó a la Sra. Gerenta de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito el Sagrario Ltda., en lo cual se determinó que no existe un correcto funcionamiento en las operaciones de crédito y hace falta apoyar al manejo del sistema contable a través de una propuesta como alternativa de solución al problema planteado al inicio. La propuesta se realizó con información de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito el Sagrario Ltda. Agencia Guaranda con respecto a las actividades que se cumplen en base a la entrega de créditos, procesos de cobranza y de cartera vencida, para desarrollar un Manuel para el Control Contable y Financiero para que el personal que labora en la misma se desenvuelva basándose en un cronograma de actividades. La propuesta fue aplicada en varias etapas que vienen desde el Manejo y Control de Créditos, Evaluación de Crédito, los Procesos Financieros, políticas y XVII procedimientos sobre riesgos de mercado y de liquidez, Control acciones tendientes a la evaluación de los procesos que serán definidos en forma cualitativa
