The research work is developed with the purpose of proposing the application of the 360º method of evaluation of the performance of human talent of the Cooperative de Ahorro y Crédito Juan Pio de Mora, Guaranda agency. The methodology used in the project includes field research, which allowed the gathering of information, observation, interviewing the head of agency and the respective surveys of employees and partners of the organization. With the results obtained from the research it was determined that the current evaluation of the performance is carried out only by the head of the agency, without taking into account the criteria of the employees or the partners, likewise it was detected that the parameters of the evaluation are not the more adequate, the same ones that do not allow to know really what is the current state of the performance of human talent within the organization. Therefore, after making use of the bibliographic research to compile the necessary information, an evaluation method was developed based on the 360º method, which considers the requirements of the institution, where relevant aspects are taken into account. : human relations, quality and quantity of work, labor discipline, leadership, pro activity, continuous learning, physical presence, among others, which provide a broad perspective from all angles of the organization, in this way this method allows to measure more objectively the performance of each one of the collaborators, in addition with all the information obtained by the management can make better decisions in the future. Once the research work has been completed and finalized, the human talent performance evaluation method will be delivered to be analyzed by the board of directors in the cooperative's headquarters in San Miguel de Bolívar. El trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el fin de proponer la aplicación del método 360º de evaluación de desempeño del talento humano de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Juan Pio de Mora, agencia Guaranda. La metodología utilizada en el proyecto comprende a la investigación de campo, la cual permitió el levantamiento de información, observación, realización de entrevista a la jefe de agencia y las respectivas encuestas a los empleados y socios de la organización. Con los resultados obtenidos de la investigación se determinó que la evaluación actual del desempeño la realizaba únicamente la jefe de agencia, sin tomar en cuenta los criterios de los empleados ni de los socios, así mismo se detectó que los parámetros de la evaluación no son los más adecuados, los mismos que no permiten conocer realmente cuál es el estado actual del desempeño del talento humano dentro de la organización. Por tanto, luego de hacer uso de la investigación bibliográfica para recopilar la información necesaria se procedió a elaborar un método de evaluación basado en el método de 360º, el mismo que contempla los requerimientos de la institución, en dónde se toman en cuenta aspectos relevantes como: relaciones humanas, calidad y cantidad de trabajo, disciplina laboral, liderazgo, pro actividad, aprendizaje continuo, presencia física, entre otros, los cuales brindan una perspectiva amplia desde todos los ángulos de la organización, de ésta manera éste método permite medir más objetivamente el desempeño de cada uno de los colaboradores, además con toda la información obtenida la dirección puede tomar decisiones más acertadas en el futuro. Una vez realizado y finalizado el trabajo de investigación se procederá a entregar el método de evaluación de desempeño del talento humano para que sea analizado por el consejo de administración en la matriz de la cooperativa en San Miguel de Bolívar.
