The main purpose of this work is to carry out a study aimed at the Control of Group assets (Property, Plant and Equipment) that is managed within the Union of Professional Drivers of Bolívar, and its impact on Administrative Management. For this purpose, the most important aspects were examined, determining the importance of prudential controls in the management of assets whose primary purpose is to identify, evaluate and monitor each of the assets held by the entity, for this way to contribute with a better administrative management. In the development of the present investigation the causes that originated the problem were addressed, identifying as the main cause, that from its legal constitution the entity does not have an Inventory Control system, generating a total ignorance about the assets that the institution and consequently bad Administrative Management. Based on this, the general objective is to provide a solution that consists of "Establishing a control system for property of the Plant and Equipment Property group" that allows the administration to reduce costs and know all the resources it has, canceling those assets that have already reached their useful life and that still appear as an asset of the institution. Within this context, all issues related to the control of inventories and its administration were dealt with, which offered a quite broad theoretical framework, after which a decisive approach could be visualized to achieve the general objective. In the diagnostic phase, it was possible to capture all the required information, which was provided by managers and employees through the application of information gathering techniques such as surveys, interviews and direct observations, which were processed and analyzed with the purpose of carrying out a systematic study on the control of assets that allows the Union of Professional Drivers of Bolívar to improve in the administrative field, and this at the same time constitutes an adequate tool for the control of Noncurrent Assets.
El Presente trabajo tiene como objeto principal realizar un estudio dirigido al Control de bienes del grupo (Propiedad, Planta y Equipo) que se maneja dentro del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de Bolívar, y su incidencia en la Gestión Administrativa. Con tal propósito se examinaron los aspectos más destacados determinando la importancia de realizar controles prudenciales en la gestión de los bienes que tiene como finalidad primordial identificar, evaluar y hacer un seguimiento de cada uno de los activos con los que cuenta la entidad, para de esta manera contribuir con una mejor gestión administrativa. En el desarrollo de la presente investigación se abordaron las causas que originaron el problema, identificando como causa principal, que a partir de su constitución jurídica la entidad no cuentan con un sistema de Control de Inventarios, generando un desconocimiento total sobre los bienes que posee la institución y por consecuencia una mala Gestión Administrativa. A partir de esto, a través del objetivo general se brinda una solución que consiste en “Establecer un sistema de control de bienes del grupo Propiedad Planta y Equipo” que permita a la administración reducir costos y conocer todos los recursos que posee, dando de baja aquellos activos que ya cumplieron su vida útil y que aun constan como un activo de la institución. Dentro de este contexto se trataron todos los temas relacionados con el control de inventarios y su administración, que ofrecieron un marco teórico bastante amplio, luego de lo cual se pudo visualizar un enfoque determinante para la consecución del objetivo general. En la fase de diagnóstico se logró captar toda la información requerida, la cual fue proporcionada por los directivos y empleados a través de la aplicación de técnicas de recolección de información tales como encuestas, entrevistas y observaciones directas, las mismas que fueron procesadas y analizadas con la finalidad de realizar un estudio sistemático sobre el control de bienes que permita al Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de Bolívar mejorar en el campo administrativo, y esto a la vez se constituya como una herramienta adecuada para el control de Activos no Corrientes.
