El tema del trabajo de grado que se ha investigado es LOS VALORES CULTURALES COMO ELEMENTOS DEL DESARROLLO TURÍSTICO COMUNITARIO EN LA COMUNIDAD LOS CASAICHIS PERTENECIENTE A LA PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR AÑO 2010, el mismo que se basa en momentos actuales de la realidad en que se desenvuelven los habitantes y los turistas de dicha comunidad, para lo cual nos hemos planteado un problemas que tiene que ver con las necesidades turísticas, fundamentándonos específicamente en una justificación en la que se puede observar claramente la pérdida en cuanto al conocimiento y aplicación de los valores culturales por parte de los habitantes de la comunidad de este sector; de igual manera, hemos propuesto unos objetivos claros, fácilmente medibles y alcanzables, con los que buscamos conseguir una posible solución al problema antes planteado, también tenemos una hipótesis que busca ser solucionada. El equipo investigativo para obtener información de la teoría científica se basó en libros, folletos, Internet y utilizo los métodos inductivo-deductivo, histórico, comparativo, descriptivo y analítico – sistemático, porque estos nos ayudaran a obtener una información veraz sobre el tema. En la Comunidad Casaichis, los mismos que aportan y que son 32 personas, a los cuales se aplicó una encuesta con la ayuda del instrumento de investigación el cuestionario. Con los datos obtenidos de las encuestas se procedió a realizar la tabulación, cuadros, gráficos, análisis e interpretación de datos; con los cuales nos dimos cuenta que tanto la comunidad y turistas tienen desconocimiento de los valores que se están perdiendo, no aplican adecuadamente sus valores, los cuales es necesario el progreso para que no se pierdan sus valores culturales en el turismo. Para que no exista esta serie de problemas a los cuales nos referimos anteriormente el equipo investigativo recomienda tanto a la población y turistas que adquieran conocimiento necesario sobre los valores culturales, que apliquen adecuadamente, para obtener un mejoramiento para el adelanto de la comunidad. Se realizó una propuesta titulada PLAN DE REVITALIZACIÓN DE LOS VALORES CULTURALES, que fomente en los procesos de la enseñanza y de aprendizaje, la cual esta basada en ejemplos prácticos que ayuda al mejoramiento DE LOS VALORES CULTURALES.
The theme of the thesis that has been investigated is VALUES CULTURAL TOURISM AS ELEMENTS OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY CASAICHIS BELONGING TO THE PROVINCE BOLIVAR 2010, the same time is based on current reality in which they live inhabitants and tourists from the community, for which we have posed a problem that has to do with the tourist needs, specifically fundamentándonos justification in which one can clearly see the loss in knowledge and application of cultural values by of the inhabitants of the community in this sector; likewise, we have proposed a clear, easily measurable and achievable goals, with which we seek to achieve a possible solution before the problem, we also have a hypothesis that seeks to be solved. The research for information on the scientific theory team relied on books, pamphlets, Internet and use the inductive-deductive, historical, comparative, descriptive and analytical methods - systematic, because these will help us to get accurate information about it. In Casaichis Community, they are contributing and 32 people, which a survey with the help of research instrument questionnaire was applied. With the data obtained from the surveys we proceeded to make the tabulation, charts, graphs, analysis and interpretation of data; with whom we realized that both the community and tourists have ignorance of the values are missing, not properly apply its values, which progress is needed for its cultural values are not lost in tourism. So that there is this set of problems to which we referred to earlier the research team recommends both people and tourists who need to acquire knowledge about cultural values, suitably applied, for an improvement to the advancement of the community. A proposal entitled REVITALIZATION PLAN cultural values, to promote the processes of teaching and learning, which is based on practical examples that help to improve cultural values are held.
