En la actualidad uno de los problemas que afrontan las instituciones educativas, es la falta de Gestión Educativa Eficaz en la Administración Técnico Particular, en razón de que los directivos no cumplen con las políticas, fines, principios, objetivos y metas. Encontrándose el Colegio Católico "Daniel Camboni" inmerso dentro de esta problemática, el mismo que no ha podido superar las malas relaciones humanas entre personal docente y autoridades, planificación improvisada y la falta de infraestructura, entre otros. Con el objetivo de mejorar la Gerencia Educativa Eficaz del Colegio presento el siguiente trabajo que lleva por título "La Gerencia Educativa Eficaz en la Administración del Colegio Técnico Particular Católico "Daniel Camboni", del Cantón Guayaquil Parroquia Ximena Año Lectivo 2010 - 2011, con la cual pretendo resolver la problemática de: ¿Cómo incide la falta de Gerencia Educativa Eficaz en la Gestión Administrativa del establecimiento en estudio? Mi investigación se ha fundamentado en la abstracción inicial del cual partió el desarrollo del conocimiento científico disponible sobre el tema de donde se conceptualiza a la Gerencia Educativa Eficaz, para la construcción, afirmación y desarrollo de la nueva institución educativa. En lo referente a la Gerencia Educativa permite visualizar de manera integra el futuro de la institución para partir del análisis situacional del entorno, con la participación de todos los actores educativos internos y externos, esto me permite elegir un curso de acción y decidir por anticipado ¿qué se debe hacer?, ¿en qué secuencia?, ¿dónde?, ¿cuándo?, ¿para qué?, ¿cómo?, y ¿con qué? En el desarrollo de mi investigación aplique una de las técnicas la exploratoria, permitiendo conocer los problemas que están afectando a la institución. Aplique la evaluación cualitativa y cuantitativa para determinar el porcentaje de las características del objeto investigado mediante entrevistas, encuestas y fichas de observación.
Currently one of the problems faced by educational institutions is the lack of Effective Educational Management in Technical Management Particular, for the reason that managers do not comply with the policies, objectives, principles, objectives and goals. Finding the Catholic College "Daniel Camboni" immersed in this problem, the same could not overcome poor human relations between teachers and authorities, planning, improvisation and lack of infrastructure, among others. With the aim of improving the Effective Management of the College of Education presented the following paper entitled "Effective Management in Educational Administration Special Technical Catholic" Daniel Comboni, the Canton Guayaquil Ximena Parish School Year 2010 - 2011, with which I intend resolve the problem: how does the lack of Effective Educational Management in the Administrative Management of the establishment in the study? My investigation is based on the initial abstraction which started the development of scientific knowledge available on the subject of which is conceptualized to Effective Educational Management for the construction, affirmation and development of the new school. Regarding the Educational Management allows viewing of integrating the future of the institution from the situation analysis for the environment, with the participation of all stakeholders internal and external education, this allows me to choose a course of action and decide in advance " what to do?, in what sequence? Where? When? why, how, and do with what?. In developing my research apply one of the exploratory techniques, allowing knowing the problems that are affecting the institution. Apply qualitative and quantitative assessment to determine the percentage of the characteristics of the object investigated through interviews, surveys and observation forms.
