La presente investigación titulada: “LIDERAZGO MOTIVACIONAL EN EL DESEMPEÑO ACADÉMICO EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA ESCUELA INTERCULTURAL Y BILINGÜE ANGEL MIGUEL ARREGUI SALTOS DE LA COMUNIDAD EL CASTILLO, PARROQUIA VEINTIMILLA, CANTÓN GUARANDA, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR – AÑO LECTIVO 2012 – 2013”, presentado por el maestrante Lic. ANGEL OSWALDO YAZUMA GUAMBUGUETE, tiene por objetivo fundamental demostrar que la falta de liderazgo motivacional de los docentes hace que el desempeño académico de las y los estudiantes del Centro Educativo disminuya; para ello es necesario plantear un modelo de liderazgo motivacional que cambie la actitud y mentalidad de los docentes y que ellos transmitan a sus estudiantes lo mejor, con la finalidad de obtener un mejor desempeño académico de los dicentes y tengan la posibilidad de enfrentar los problemas que a diario la vida presenta. El objetivo de la investigación es mejorar el desempeño académico mediante el liderazgo motivacional partiendo del diagnóstico situacional del desempeño académico de las y los estudiantes en el momento actual, el análisis de lo que es el liderazgo motivacional y el impacto en el desempeño académico, la aplicación de estrategias de cambio y el diseño de una guía pedagógica de liderazgo motivacional para mejorar el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de la Escuela Intercultural y Bilingüe “Angel Miguel Arregui Saltos” de la Parroquia Veintimilla, del Cantón Guaranda perteneciente a la Provincia Bolívar. El contenido del trabajo investigativo es el siguiente: El capítulo I, se refiere al Marco Teórico en el que trata sobre el liderazgo motivacional como fenómeno grupal donde un individuo influye y coordina las actividades de un grupo de personas en este caso el docente y sus estudiantes, mediante la participación, transformación, potencialización, creación y formación; para lograr de ellos unos estudiantes críticos, analíticos, positivos y propositivos. También, se toma en cuenta el desempeño académico como una relación docente-estudiante, su proceso de enseñanza mediante los criterios de pedagogía, social y psicobiológico; que permitan a los estudiantes captar mejor los conocimientos y tengan la capacidad de razonas y resolver problemas. El capítulo II, se refiere al proceso metodológico de la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa; a los métodos, técnicas, herramientas, técnicas y procedimientos utilizados en la investigación para plantear las estrategias de cambio que se propone. El capítulo III, contiene los cuadros, gráficos y análisis respectivos, comprobación de hipótesis. También contiene las conclusiones y recomendaciones que se realizan para solucionar el problema de la falta de liderazgo motivacional en el proceso de desempeño académico de las y los estudiantes de la Escuela Intercultural y Bilingüe “Angel Miguel Arregui Saltos”, de la Comunidad El Castillo, Parroquia Veintimilla, Cantón Guaranda perteneciente a la Provincia Bolívar.
The present research entitled: "LEADERSHIP MOTIVACIONAL IN THE PERFORMANCE ACADEMIC IN THE STUDENT AT SCHOOL INTERCULTURAL And BILINGUAL ANGEL MIGUEL ARREGUI SALTOS OF THE COMMUNITY EL CASTILLO, PARISH VEINTIMILLA, CANTON GUARANDA, PROVINCE BOLIVAR - YEAR LECTIVO 2012" presented by the maestrante Lic. ANGEL OSWALDO YAZUMA GUAMBUGUETE, essentially aims to show that the lack of motivational leadership of teachers makes the academic performance of male and female students of the School diminish, for it is necessary to consider a model motivational leadership to change the attitude and mentality of the teachers and that they convey to their students the best, in order to obtain better academic performance dicentes and have the opportunity to address the problems that daily life presents. The aim of the research is to improve academic performance through motivational leadership based on the situational analysis of the academic performance of male and female students at the present time , the analysis of what motivational leadership and impact on academic performance , application change strategies and the design of an educational guide motivational leadership to improve the academic performance of students in the School of Intercultural and Bilingual "Angel Miguel Arregui jumps" of the Parish Veintimilla , the Canton Guaranda belonging to the Bolivar Province.
