La investigación de implementar el Software Libre (Ubuntu 11.04, Writer, Calc, Impress) para el desarrollo de las actividades académicas en la escuela ―Guillermo Soto Zatizabal‖ No. 253, en el cantón Guayaquil provincia del Guayas, período lectivo 2011-2012. Ante la necesidad de concientizar a los docentes de esta entidad educativa en la utilización del software libre que mejorara el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje en el área de informática. Aceptadas estas limitaciones, se resumen principios básicos del uso del software libre en la formación profesional en los docentes, y al analizar la validez de esta interrelación, se puede presumir que la formación de los estudiantes está influida por las oportunidades que se presente para enriquecer el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en el área de informática mediante métodos y técnicas. El presente trabajo de investigación está distribuido por cuatro capítulos que componen todo el proyecto, se detalla minuciosamente la problemática, causas, efectos, objetivos, delimitación, formulación y su correspondiente justificación, se establece una pequeña reseña histórica de la institución, además se encontrará toda la información necesaria para una mejor comprensión del trabajo investigativo y sus respectivas variables, seguidamente el desarrollo del marco metodológico donde se identifica el estudio; es decir una porción de la población para el cálculo de la muestra donde se utilizó la herramienta investigativa conocida como la encuesta, una vez obtenidos los datos de la encuesta se procedió a realizar la interpretación de los resultados es decir la recolección, tabulación y análisis del instrumento investigativo, donde se constató las necesidades de la escuela. Información relevante para afianzar con certeza la propuesta, donde se detalla todo lo concerniente a la Implementación de un Software Libre para el desarrollo de las actividades académicas. 12Se espera que el esfuerzo que hemos plasmado en este trabajo sea un aporte enriquecedor al trabajo de los docentes, estudiantes y comunidad educativa objeto de nuestra preocupación y sea el inicio de un cambio.
Implement research Software Free (Ubuntu 11.04, Writer, Calc, Impress) for the development of academic activities in school, "William Soto Zatizabal" No. 253, in the Canton province of Guayas Guayaquil, school year 2011-2012. This research work is distributed by four chapters that comprise the entire project, outlined in detail the problems, causes, effects, objectives, definition, formulation and corresponding justification, establishing a historical summary of the institution, and will meet all information necessary for a better understanding of investigative work and their variables, then the development of the methodological framework that identifies the study that is a portion of the population to calculate the sample which was used research tool known as the survey Once obtained the survey data we proceeded to make the interpretation of the results is that the collection, tabulation and analysis of the research instrument, which I note the needs of the school. Information relevant to secure with certainty the proposal, which details everything concerning the Implementation of Free Software for the development of academic activities. 14It is hoped that the effort we have captured in this work is an enriching contribution to the work of teachers, students and the educational community and the object of our concern is the beginning of a change.
