The present thesis begins with an approach to the reality where the absence of a System of Costs exists in the Embutidora Salinerito that brings the lack of an appropriate and constant control as a result in each one of the stages of the productive process, ignorance of the real data regarding the total costs of production, unitary cost, estimated sale price, taking of decisions without good foundations, situation that allowed us as authors to carry out the other investigations Presently work was used the observation methods, analysis and technical of investigation, like they are those of ocular verification among them they are the comparison, the observation, the selective revision; and those of verbal verification as the inquiry. In the Marco Scientist, this investigation he/she helps us to have white the fundamental idea of our proposal that he/she makes a study on the Introduction and Definitions of the System of Costs for production orders; that is to say, he/she is carried out a meticulous investigation on our topic. The primordial recommendation that is reflected in the second chapter and it is expected that the manager-proprietor opts in a future that the Software of Costs is applied after verifying the results of the investigation captured in the development of the proposal and this way to overcome each one of the falencias to reach the productivity in its company.
El Presente trabajo de investigación comienza con una aproximación a la realidad en la que existe la ausencia de un sistema de costos en la Embutidora Salinerito que trae la falta de un control adecuado y constante como resultado en cada una de las etapas del proceso productivo, la ignorancia de la datos reales sobre los costos totales de producción, costo unitario, precio de venta estimado, teniendo decisiones sin buenos cimientos, situación que nos permite como autoras para la realización de las demás investigaciones. El presente trabajo se utilizaron los métodos de observación, análisis y técnicas de investigación, como son los de la verificación ocular entre ellos están la comparación, la observación, la revisión selectiva; y los de verificación verbal. En el Marco Científico, esta investigación nos ayuda a tener clara la idea fundamental de nuestra propuesta que hace un estudio sobre la Introducción y Definiciones del Sistema de Costos por órdenes de producción; es decir, se realiza una investigación minuciosa sobre nuestro tema. La recomendación primordial que se refleja en el segundo capítulo, y se espera que el gerente-propietario opte en un futuro que el Software de Costos se aplica después de la verificación de los resultados de la investigación capturado en el desarrollo de la propuesta y de esta manera para superar cada uno una de las falencias para llegar a la productividad en su empresa.
