En la Unidad Educativa Particular “San Francisco” de la ciudad de Guaranda se laboró con la finalidad de fortalecer el proceso administrativo tomando en cuenta varios factores que intervienen directamente como son el Educativo, Social y Comunitario conllevando esto en un verdadero desafío a la comunidad que se encuentra involucrada. El desarrollo de la propuesta concentra las ideas y opiniones vertidas por parte de Directivos, Docentes, Padres de Familia, Representantes y Personal Administrativo acerca de los aspectos positivos y negativos que tiene la Institución para competir en este proceso cambiante y depurativo que lleva a cabo el gobierno de turno con el objetivo de adquirir una calidad educativa en nuestro país. El presente trabajo es resultado de las condiciones palpadas desde el interior de la organización por lo cual se puede exponer un compromiso colectivo con los detalles que abarca la investigación, se realizó actos complementarios que benefician la administración organizacional con la comunidad educativa poniendo sobre la mesa un informe de cómo ha sido dirigida anteriormente junto con sus consecuencias y el cómo debe ser reorganizada para obtener un fortalecimiento en la administración, concientizando a todos los individuos intervinientes en que se plantee objetivos comunes y coherentes a la causa sin pensar en intereses personales, políticos o de cualquier otro índole que pueda obstaculizar el avance alcanzado con el Desarrollo Organizacional. Se expresó la importancia del Desarrollo Organizacional en la Unidad educativa que está en crecimiento, pero para que esto suceda deben interactuar otros actores los cuales están obligados a involucrarse directamente en el sistema educativo para que se pueda hablar de un grupo compacto, el cual trabajando a conciencia brindara frutos de excelente calidad para los principales beneficiarios, es decir la juventud y niñez de la ciudad. Nuestro trabajo de graduación consta de los siguientes capítulos detallados a continuación: En el Capítulo III, detalla principalmente la propuesta de la aplicación y ejecución del Plan de Desarrollo Organizacional, la misma que debe fue socializada con los miembros de la comunidad educativa.

This work is the result of the palpated conditions from within the organization which can expose a collective commitment to detail covering research, complementary actions that benefit the organizational management with the educational community put on the table was made a report how it has been addressed above together with its consequences and how it should be reorganized for a strengthening of the administration, raising awareness to all individuals involved in common and consistent objectives arises the cause without thinking about personal, political interests or any other material that may hinder the progress made with the Organizational Development. The importance of Organizational Development in the educational unit that is expressed growing, but for this to happen should interact with other players who are forced to become directly involved in the education system so that one can speak of a compact group which working conscience would provide excellent quality fruit for the main beneficiaries, ie the youth and children of the city.
