This investigation of the Solidarity Fund for Community socio-economic development of the inhabitants of the community of San Simon Parish harrows Canton Guaranda Bolivar Province, Year 2011, has as its fundamental purpose of implementing a Community Solidarity Fund to boost the economy of families Steps Community. We started the research with the problem statement, objectives, assumptions, variables, determining the instruments for data collection which was tabulated, processed and analyzed by the method of ratios and proportions supported by the theoretical framework and considering conclusions. Within the theoretical framework the Community Safety Partnership is an alternative methodology of financial intermediation services credit unions, social organizations are spaces designed to manage the administration and financing of community development especially of rural economies. The hypothesis testing was performed qualitatively, for which it has proceeded to carry out the surveys to the people of the Commonwealth of harrows taking into account the independent and dependent variables.
La presente investigación de la Caja Solidaria Comunitaria para el desarrollo socio económico de los habitantes de la comunidad de Gradas Parroquia San Simón Cantón Guaranda Provincia Bolívar, Año 2011, tiene como propósito fundamental de implementar una Caja Solidaria Comunitaria para dinamizar la economía de las familias de la Comunidad de Gradas. Iniciamos el trabajo de investigación con el planteamiento del problema, objetivos, hipótesis, variables, determinando los instrumentos para la recolección de datos la cual fue tabulada, procesada y analizada por el método de razones y proporciones sustentado por el marco teórico y planteándose conclusiones. Dentro del Marco Teórico la Caja Solidaria Comunitaria es una alternativa metodológica de intermediación financiera servicios de ahorro y crédito, constituyen espacios de organizaciones sociales orientadas a gestionar la administración y el financiamiento del desarrollo comunitario especialmente el de las economías campesinas. La comprobación de la hipótesis se ha realizado de manera cualitativa, para lo cual ha procedido a realizar las encuestas a los habitantes de la Comunidad de Gradas tomando en cuenta las variables independiente y dependiente.
