Derechos humanos en la Comunidad de la Chimba: estudio sobre el caso de tránsito Amaguaña

The objective of this research work is to analyze, from a historical and sociocultural perspective, the impact of the indigenous leader, Tránsito Amaguaña, in the exercise of the human rights of indigenous people and groups, and how their memory survives within the Chimba Community. The research is part of the research paradigm based on a qualitative approach, developing interviews. This research consists of two variables broken down into their corresponding indicators. For the application of the qualitative instrument a method was used that was developed in the second chapter of the investigation, where all the information of the questions to be executed is detailed. In order to conduct the interviews, 15 inhabitants of the Chimba community were chosen, that is, informants by relevance, who obtained reliable knowledge. With the results obtained, the Atlas. Ti software was applied in chapter three, which highlights the most important aspects of land tenure, bilingual education and human rights.
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar desde una perspectiva histórica y sociocultural el impacto de la líder indígena Tránsito Amaguaña en el ejercicio de los derechos humanos de las personas y colectivos indígenas, y como pervive su memoria dentro de la Comunidad de la Chimba. La investigación se enmarca al paradigma investigativo basado en un método cualitativo, desarrollando entrevistas. Esta investigación consta de dos variables desglosadas en sus indicadores correspondientes. Para la aplicación del instrumento cualitativo se utilizó un método que se desarrolló en el segundo capítulo de la investigación, donde se detalla toda la información de las preguntas a ejecutarse. Para la realización de las entrevistas se escogieron a 15 habitantes de la comunidad de la Chimba, es decir informantes por pertinencia, los mismos que obtenían conocimientos fiables. Con los resultados obtenidos se aplicó el software Atlas. Ti, en el capítulo tres, a partir del cual se destacan los aspectos más importantes sobre la tenencia de tierras, educación bilingüe y derechos humanos.
